Continuity mistake: Allison wakes up with an address in her hand, but when she later shows it to Scanlon, the writing is in a different position on the paper, and the paper does not show the folds it had earlier.

Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003)
Other mistake: When General Brewster tells John and Kate to go to Crystal Peak, Arnie confirms its location as "52 miles north-east, bearing zero-point-fiveĀ°." Later, when flying the plane, Kate says aloud "all right, oh-one-fiveĀ°, 52 miles." That's a 10-degree error, for 52 miles, which would put them somewhere in the ballpark of 20-25 miles off-course. Manifest (2018)
Trivia: The plot is about flight 828 which disappeared for 5 years, then simply showed up again as if no time had passed for the passengers. Throughout the show, the number 828 is related periodically to addresses, file nos., times, etc. Not referenced is the fact that addresses of all passengers are numerically related to 828 - i.e. Michayla's apt. is 414 (half of 828). Others are 5328 (5+3=8, 2, 8), etc.

Other mistake: Laura is in the security control room of the plant, and finds a Master Lock Console screen; she sees it has Biometric Scan access and comments to Rich "It's not a retina scanner. It works on biometrics." She then brings up a photo ID of an employee on the monitor, lifts up the scanner and places it against the monitor, to get access. Firstly, retinal scans ARE biometric. She should have said "It's not an iris scanner," which requires a physical eyeball to scan. Secondly, no monitor from the 2005 period would be high-resolution enough to fool a biometric scanner. The Wrong Mans (2013)
Wanted Mans - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: We see the MI5 agents report Sam and Phil's identities to the Director. With the ID cards on screen, they state Sam as being 29, with a date of birth 25/03/1983. The series was released in 2013, so this age fits with the show's production dates of late-2012 or early-2013. However, Phil's age is described as 31 (but DOB is visible as 11/09/1985 - which would make him 26 or 27). Phil's age is detailed as 31 elsewhere in the series. (00:01:25)

Intruders (2014)
Plot hole: After Jack's wife disappears for a couple of days, he receives a call from her cell phone from the cab driver who found it. Jack arranges to pick it up from a hotel. After he picks up the phone, its battery dies as he checks it, at 12:13pm. In the next scene with Jack, he's in a bar with the phone plugged into a charger; when it comes on, he checks it - the battery shows 3%, but the time is 9:13pm. He apparently wasted 9 hours when he's in pursuit of his wife's mysterious disappearance before plugging in the phone. A scene later, the time is now just a minute later at 9:14pm but the battery is now charged to 79%. (00:37:25 - 00:40:45)

Factual error: Laura gets in the elevator to find Rich; she tells him on the phone there are 12 lower levels to choose from (that is, 12 basement floors to choose from) - but there are only 6 buttons in total on the control pad. (00:23:15)

Continuity mistake: When Miles jumps off the ferry to swim ashore, the camera view is from the ferry: he jumps into quiet, fairly level water, yet the camera recedes from him (he jumped off the back of the boat as the camera continues moving with the boat). The angle changes and we see the wake of the boat - but it's not what he jumped into.

Continuity mistake: When Rich is held captive in the locked room, he looks out and sees the "Countdown to Landfall" counter at 19min, 51sec. A few minutes later (in plot time), a scientist is seen saying they're now "23 minutes out." (00:11:25 - 00:12:30)

Character mistake: When Rich refers to the film showing Davis (decades ago), he figures they were in "Asia... Mongolia or somewhere." However, the film cannister had "Tibet, 1937" written on it - important enough to show the audience, but not for the character to read? (00:40:25)

Surface (2005)
Factual error: When Rich and Laura are checking the US Patent Office records for the Nortide drug, the date of the patent is shown as "December 22th, 1963." The form is a modern, barcoded typed document, not a hand-written or typed one, and supposedly a formal US government document, so the '22th' should not have happened. (00:15:45)

Surface (2005)
Factual error: When Rich and Laura are searching for drug information from the 1960s, they visit the US Patent Office website; under the heading "SSRIs", is displayed "Selecttive Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors" - with the double-t spelling error. (00:15:25)

Z Nation (2014)
Zombie Road - S2-E3
Other mistake: When Doc and Wrecking Ball have to jump out of the car to escape the Z's, Doc jumps from the passenger seat, but then several seconds later, Wrecking Ball (who is driving) also jumps from the passenger seat. While it's possible he shifted over the seats, it's more likely that the crew member we now see driving the car was in the way. On top of this double-jump-out-the-same-side issue, is the fact they end up lying on the road just a few feet from each other, rather than what should be well over 100 feet apart (based on the speed of the car).

The Sixth Sense (1999)
Character mistake: When Cole and his mother are stuck in traffic due to an pedestrian accident, a cop ignites a flare to place on the road by the car that hit the pedestrian. The police were already on scene, traffic was gridlocked up and down the street, nothing was moving, and he places the flare about 2 feet in front of the car - a move that is unsafe (potential fuel leak) and unnecessary. It would never be done on a city street, and never in heavy traffic. (01:27:25)
Suggested correction: We don't see the cop place the flare on the ground, the camera cuts away as he leans down with it. It could be assumed that he's putting it down but it's possible he's just bending down to pick something up and has to move the flare towards the ground to do that. Without confirmation that the flare was placed where it's suggested there can be no definite mistake.

The Last Ship (2014)
Continuity mistake: Chandler is reviewing the President's paperwork and finds the manifests which brought his wife and daughters from Washington (document dated 07-05-13) and his son from Detroit (document dated 08-02-13). He then checks the computer for casualty figures in Michigan where the son was originally from (dated 8/4/14-onwards). So the plague hit in early August 2014, but the documents show the family leaving their home a full year earlier. This is not a plot issue (no, they did not fly out a year prior to the plague), but rather a prop-maker error. (00:28:00)
