Continuity mistake: At the very end of the episode, where Captain Scarlet, Captain Blue and Lieutenant Green are about to enter the airlock, their recognition badges are gone. Once they are inside the XK3 rocket, the badges have returned.
Continuity mistake: During the funeral, 2 is hit with a rock thrown by a young boy. In subsequent shots, the wound on his forehead changes size and configuration several times.

Continuity mistake: The hole in the drywall that Ben creates goes from a circle to a square, and back to a circle.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode, Storm and Professor X can be seen on the asphalt between the grass and the mansion, behind and to the viewer's left of two boys. When the shot changes, they are suddenly on the grass and in front of the two boys. (00:00:50)
Continuity mistake: We see that the XL18 pilot is sitting in the right seat of the cockpit. In the next shot he has changed to the left seat.
Phantom Thieves: The Flying Squirrels/Kaito musasabi to - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: Director Okinawara is being grilled by his boss. The close-up of the hand slamming on the table shows the sleeve of someone wearing a brown jacket, but his boss wears a powder blue one. (00:02:55)
Takishîdo wa kaze ni mau - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When the bandit shoots Van, and he quickly counters using his weapon, behind the bandit you can see the corpses of the other villagers; amongst them, look at the one who died with his back against the casket ending up in a sitting position. His legs go towards his right, in the previous and following part of the scene they are straight. (00:02:25)
End. Begin. All the Same. - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Rian and Mira are on the Spy glass, he understands she just invited him to Dreamfast. When she answers "Yes! I mean...if you wanted to?" his hair is suddenly all the way behind the sword's handle, when it wasn't in the shot before. (00:09:45)
Power Broker - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: At the bar, the amount of liqueur in Falcon's snake drink increases between shots.
Two by Two - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: When Alicia presents the slingshot trajectory, Eva says the solar sails will provide "more than enough" power to reach the planet with the U238. Shortly after the sails are deployed, the edge of one of them is damaged, causing the ship to lose enough power to start dropping back to the star. But you can see that about 1/10 of one of the six sails is damaged, or 1.7% of the entire sail array. How is "more than enough" reduced to "not enough" when they lose such a small part of the sails? Continuity mistake: The Army Humvee arrives in Piedmont and finds the townsfolk all dead. The timecode on the truck's video recording is 22:13 hours. When the team gathers to learn of the situation, they are shown this video. The General then presents a video he says is 2 hrs later, the view from the drone with infrared film. The time code on this, is 3:15. Both were shot in the same place, and both would be local time, so the time is wrong. More to the point, the original drone footage did not have any timecode on it. Continuity mistake: This is supposed to be the Rangers' first mission and we see Jayden use the Fire-Smasher mode of his spin sword. Jayden didn't learn how to use that feature until the third episode of the series, which takes place after this mission.
The Greatest American Hero (1) - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Ralph picks up the chair that was tossed out of his classroom, in the exterior shot he walks into the room holding the backrest's left metal post, but in the interior shot as he walks in Ralph is now holding the backrest's right metal post. (00:05:35)
Continuity mistake: Michael invites Spock to play chess. She presents a board with three levels. Later, when the game is underway, the board has seven levels by the addition of four smaller boards. (00:17:50 - 00:21:25)
Continuity mistake: As Kai's squadron swoops in to fire their 'stingers' at His Shadow's ship, only 3 of the 6 are shown flying at the control pod. But in the next shot as they fly past it with their stingers hitting, it's 4 of them flying away. (00:03:00)
Brain Wash - S3-E8
Continuity mistake: As hairdresser Bob is washing Jamie's hair in the sink, the shampoo coverage changes between shots. During the closeups, he never touches her forehead and ears but in the wide shots, her head is completely doused.
Continuity mistake: To beat the traffic, Coop skateboards inside a construction pipe. The pipe is on the back of a truck, so it's not exactly very long, and gets picked up by a crane arm mounted on the truckbed itself. However, Coop takes ages to come out of the pipe, and in the shot from inside the pipe it looks as if is dozens of meters above the street level, which isn't. (00:08:00)
Nightmare on Christmas - S3-E22
Continuity mistake: When Power Man is wearing White Tiger's tiara (her Christmas gift), he has it on point-side down. White Tiger grabs it with both hands and puts it on and it's now point-side up, without her flipping it. You also see it go from a partial band tiara to a fully enclosed band tiara, like a crown.
