Audio problem: In the scene near the beginning of the film where Charles and Scarlet are heading to the first wedding, they miss their turn off and so have to reverse on the motorway. You see that Scarlet turns her head around to see out the back of the car and can hear her swearing but her mouth never opens.

Watch his mouth when he does. By this time, we have a clear view of his mouth and his cry of "Krakozia!" comes before his lips make the appropriate movements.
Audio problem: When Donald O'Connor walks onto the keys of his piano at the beginning of his Make 'Em Laugh Sequence, the sound that we hear is a chord, but in reality we would hear a much more dissonant combination of notes, because several notes adjacent to each other would be played at the same time.
Audio problem: When Ron and Harry are walking down the corridor towards Potions class, Ron says, "...Quidditch trials coming up, I need to practice," but his mouth is not moving and/or not in sync with that dialogue.

Audio problem: When Cyril is driving up the bus up the mountainside, and Don is talking to him over his shoulder about Barbara, Cyril is heard to say "Don, Bachelor boy". However this is not what the original line was, as it can be seen that he is speaking different words. The line was probably changed between filiming and recording the over dubs.

Audio problem: Apparently, Ralph's surname was changed at the last minute from the British Royal Family surname of "Windsor" to "Windham." There are several points in the film, where there is a lip-sync problem, due to the differences of the name, because it has been dubbed.
Audio problem: When Laurie gets a letter from Jo in which she tells him about Beth's death, you hear her reading it in a voice-over. She says "come home to us", while her handwriting says "come home to me". A small, but in this special case significant difference. (01:36:50)
