Thank Heaven for Little Girls and Big Ones Too - S1-E4
Visible crew/equipment: The art collecting felon spies Robin-2 leaving the premises and hops in his own car to go retrieve the painting. As he drives off, in one of the back windows a crew member is reflected in perfect detail. (00:40:10)
Thank Heaven for Little Girls and Big Ones Too - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: In front of The War Memorial Linda Booton is about to get out of the car; her hand on top of the window is in direct sunlight in one camera angle, shadow before and after. (00:38:05)
Thank Heaven for Little Girls and Big Ones Too - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When the boxer guy is defending himself from Magnum's stroke of genius, he is gesturing with his right hand, or not, depending on the camera angle. (00:37:10)
Thank Heaven for Little Girls and Big Ones Too - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: Magnum and co. Are taken to the Hawaiian gangster's place. Mano's hand in the very first shot (when Higgins' asks who's in charge) is on his own leg, but in the reverse shot he's toughing the blonde chick's thigh. (00:34:35)
Thank Heaven for Little Girls and Big Ones Too - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: In the first shot of the girls in their cellar that is heating up, the girl with the lei has her hands on her thighs, but at the cut ("Darlene") her right arm is folded. (00:32:00)

Revealing mistake: Throughout the whole episode, every street scene downtown shows moisture and light reflections on the camera lens.

Continuity mistake: Magnum and TC go to the counter of the really bad bar. There's a john that is fondling a lady in black. He touches the shoulder and his hand moves down the back of her arm, but at the first cut the hand is back at the top of the shoulder. (00:13:35)
Thank Heaven for Little Girls and Big Ones Too - S1-E4
Audio problem: Magnum just took TC to the bad part of town. TC says "Hey, look, don't forget you called me, I didn't call you." with the audio noticeably much lower than the rest of the conversation, and out of synch with Roger E. Mosley's lips. (00:13:00)

Continuity mistake: When Nancy says that Higgins is exhausted and that means he'll sleep well, she noticeably changes arm position between shots. (00:11:20)
Thank Heaven for Little Girls and Big Ones Too - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: "Huggins" is checking out of the lads who seem distressed. The kid with the pigtails tells him it's the gumdrops; her arms and her lei are dangling freely off the armrest of the couch. In the next shot she's in a different position. (00:10:25)

Continuity mistake: Nancy's long hair is sometimes in front of, sometimes behind her left shoulder when Leslie chimes in with the job negotiation with Magnum. (00:07:40)
Thank Heaven for Little Girls and Big Ones Too - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When the eldest of the group (Nancy) pulls Magnum aside so the young and impressionable don't hear, her hair gets suddenly windblown between shots. Close-ups show her hair really messy, the wider angles are more forgiving. (00:06:50)
Thank Heaven for Little Girls and Big Ones Too - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: Magnum is chatting with one girl, two...they keep multiplying. During this scene when they hire him, the same extras walk back and forth randomly and without logic. (00:05:40)
Thank Heaven for Little Girls and Big Ones Too - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: Magnum sits down waiting for the mysterious client. To the left of the long shot, a woman in teal shirt and beige skirt is walking away from him. Tom Selleck close-up, and the same woman is behind Magnum. (00:05:25)
Thank Heaven for Little Girls and Big Ones Too - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: In his covert action in the wine cellar at the beginning of the episode, Magnum reaches for a bottle that has two labels in the wide angles, a single Cabernet Sauvignon label in the close-up. (00:02:50)
China Doll - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: Choi hangs up and leaves Magnum to his search for Mai Ling. First shot of Magnum running, and he's running with in the background, behind him, a boat with a multicolored striped sail. His inner voice in the next, wider, shot says "I had to find her. Fast." just before he sprints past...the rope that is keeping anchored the boat from before, just now entering the frame. (00:36:50)
China Doll - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: At Robin's Nest, Magnum asks "Mai Ling, how are you with animals?" Look at the estate behind him; there's a portion of the door visible by Tom Selleck's head. Cut to her response, and then back on Selleck; the car is switched off, but they moved, as the door is visible in full, not at an angle. There's also some stain on the car glass, probably from one of the lads' mouths. After another cut to Susie Elene, the original view with the door at an angle is back. (00:15:40)
China Doll - S1-E3
Revealing mistake: In one of the shots of the Ferrari driving away from the club and towards Uncle Han's residence, Mai Ling says "Some people have already been killed." This shot is a mirrored one; Magnum's head is on the passenger side and the license plate is backwards. (00:27:05)
China Doll - S1-E3
Revealing mistake: When Magnum drives away from the King Kamehameha club, in the shot where he drives off turning right and into the main road, a stunt double pudgier than Selleck is used instead. (00:27:00)
China Doll - S1-E3
Plot hole: Choi is a single guy with no help from anyone else no superpowers (just a rather deadly fist), always shown on foot and yet he is able to follow Magnum always. He has to ask for directions at the beginning of the episode (with the store being about 3 doors away) so he's not omniscient, but somehow he is able to show up wherever Magnum goes, including where he just drove his super fast Ferrari, or when he's getting free helicopter rides. No explanation is attempted or hinted.
