All Roads Lead to Floyd - S1-E13

Revealing mistake: During the credits, look at the car when Andy Romano's name pops in view; the antenna and the steering wheel are on the right of the vehicle. In the rest of the episode, they are on the correct side (the left). (00:01:40)

All Roads Lead to Floyd - S1-E13

Continuity mistake: Floyd parks his car next to a Cadillac Eldorado with FLOWER license plate. He parks casting a shadow on the front of the car, including the whole hood. He has a brief chat with the Japanese mobsters, and after barely two minutes, the shadow on the Cadillac shrunk. (00:02:00 - 00:04:30)

All Roads Lead to Floyd - S1-E13

Continuity mistake: Yoshio Mizamura nods at the terms offered by Floyd. In the background, one person is sitting in a golf cart. The burly goon relays the response to Floyd, and suddenly nobody is driving that golf cart anymore. (00:03:05)

All Roads Lead to Floyd - S1-E13

Factual error: When Floyd is standing by the Cadillac with the vanity FLOWER license plate, on the same plate you can see in the upper right corner that its registration sticker on the license plate is a 76 one. For being a fancy car by a posh golf course, it's quite odd to be 5 years in arrears of the tax - it is, viceversa, a mistake that happens in other car props during the season. (00:04:15)

All Roads Lead to Floyd - S1-E13

Revealing mistake: The sequence with Floyd making a couple calls at the payphone presents a rather unusual mistake. Noah Beery Jr. looks away before he's done dialing the phone number...and he misses. His finger pushes on the chrome of the keypad missing the actual "1" key, but the scene just goes on and he dialed the right number anyway. (00:09:55)

All Roads Lead to Floyd - S1-E13

Continuity mistake: Magnum pulls over at the airport; a woman with a curly long hair, brown pantsuit, creme shirt and sunglasses is on the sidewalk by him. First person that comes out from the flight with Magnum's client; same woman. And you could tell she was also in the sequence when he was running (you don't see her face but the briefcase and shoes match, along with the rest). Other extras are recycled anyway, such as the petite grey lady with the purple dress who walks in opposite directions also when Magnum and his client leave the airport. (00:10:30)

All Roads Lead to Floyd - S1-E13

Continuity mistake: Bull is paying the outstanding bills from Floyd to the previous employer; as he rolls out of the banknotes, in the background one of the clients is a blonde young fella with a plaid jacket and white pants that was already a recurring extra in the airport scene from earlier. (00:10:50 - 00:20:05)

All Roads Lead to Floyd - S1-E13

Revealing mistake: After the shootout at the Ponzi scheme party, Floyd drives his prehistoric Honda in traffic with Magnum at his side. "Magnum" does not have his moustache - it's just some big guy in a Hawaiian shirt they put there as body double without even a fake stache. (00:25:00)

All Roads Lead to Floyd - S1-E13

Continuity mistake: The editing of Floyd's accident-inducing drive is all wonky. He cuts the path of a SkyHawk, and already the footage from the back of the car is at wrong distance; given the relative speeds it's way too close. Floyd's slalom continues and goes on and on, but when he stops, the part of the road he's in does not match at the cut, and you can see behind him the exact same SkyHawk as before. (00:25:40)

All Roads Lead to Floyd - S1-E13

Continuity mistake: When Floyd runs away from his banged up car in the middle of traffic, check out of the sidewalk to the right of the screen; there's a guy with light blue bathing shorts and a towel on his shoulder. Floyd bumps into him on the sidewalk that is at the opposite side of the road. (00:26:00)

All Roads Lead to Floyd - S1-E13

Continuity mistake: Magnum gets back to the party, where a policeman is interrogating Cindy Lewellyn. When he signals to her to cut the interview short and join him, there are two girls by him, with Asian features and recognizable dresses. Those same girls walk by Cindy, first one, then the other in a different shot, and yet never leave Magnum's side. (00:27:00)

All Roads Lead to Floyd - S1-E13

Continuity mistake: In front of the King Kamehameha Club, Magnum gets forcibly escorted in by two yoyos. There are two women going outside when this is happening; one is wearing a beautiful blue gown and has a bracelet and a clutch bag. One of the first people who walk by Yoshio Mizamura's table, inside the club, is the same woman. (00:32:45)

All Roads Lead to Floyd - S1-E13

Continuity mistake: Mizamura and his men stand from the table; a waitress is passing by. Magnum calmly asks "And, if he doesn't?" In the following shot, the same waitress shows up again from the same direction, with the drinks on the tray in a slightly different position. (00:34:15)

Of Sound Mind - S3-E12

Higgins: How fiendishly deceptive of you, Magnum. I could have sworn I was hearing the emasculation of a large rodent. To my great surprise, I see the sounds are emanating from what I thought was a harmless musical instrument.
Magnum: Cute Higgins, real cute.
Higgins: Why Magnum? Why do this terrible thing?
Magnum: Higgins, I'll have you know I used to be very good. I was the second best sax player in my High School band!
Higgins: Well, how many sax players were there?!
Magnum: ...Anyway. I just saw this in a pawn shop window and thought I'd like to try and get my chops back.
Higgins: May I suggest that your "chops" are irretrievable.
Magnum: Higgins, did you come here just to abuse me!?
