Continuity mistake: When Klink goes to leave his quarters to meet the plane, he doesn't have his familiar outer coat in his arm or on him. When he gets to the rendezvous point, he has it on.
The Witness - S4-E23
Continuity mistake: In the beginning, the guys are listening in on Klink's office. The cup in front of Newkirk has four pencils in it. The colors from left to right are yellow, red, blue, and orange. After the camera cuts to Hogan and Kinch, the wide shot shows five pencils arranged yellow, black, blue, red, and orange.
The Informer - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: In this episode, the doghouse that disguises an entrance to the underground is flipped up on end, and the separate floor is flipped up in the opposite direction. In all of the following episodes, the doghouse, and the floor, are one piece.
The Informer - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: In this episode, Burkhalter holds the rank of Colonel, Carter is a Lieutenant. In subsequent episodes, Burkhalter is a General, and Carter is a Sergeant.
Continuity mistake: When Hogan and Klink are getting ready to take off, they are on a regular paved runway. In the wide shot of the plane, it's going down and taking off from a dirt runway.
Continuity mistake: When Shultz comes out of the NCO Club, he bumps into Klink. After yelling for a moment, Shultz talks with Klink. While talking, Klink has his monocle on. After taking a couple of steps past Shultz, he turns around and addresses Shultz again; when he does so, you see that the monocle is missing, without being taken off.
Continuity mistake: After Burkhalter relieves Shultz of command, and Klink is reinstated, Klink sits behind the desk. On the blotter is a letter opener that Burkhalter was toying with, and a black covered notebook. After sitting, Klink reaches in his jacket pocket, pulls out the same notebook, and reads from it. The shot cuts to Shultz and back, and the book Klink read from is gone, (presumably back in the pocket) and the one on the desk is gone.
Heil Klink - S2-E22
Continuity mistake: As Brauner, dressed as Shultz, gets into the staff car, he has no glasses on, as Shultz does not routinely wear them. After the shot cuts to Shultz and back to Brauner, and as the car pulls away, you see Brauner with horn rimmed glasses suddenly on.
The Battle of Stalag 13 - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: At the end, as the staff car leaves, the guard has the gate open. You see it's a single gate, suggesting the fence is a single, whereas in other episodes, you see two sets of wire. The gates are double, with a bar on the top to open both gates (inside and outside) at once.
Continuity mistake: When out at the volleyball net, Hogan is called by Kinch. While walking in, Hogan's hat is positioned as normal. When the shot is inside, the bill of his hat is down shading his eyes, and he pushes it up into its regular position.
Axis Annie - S3-E23
Continuity mistake: At dinner in the hotel, Hogan suggests a picture. Axis Annie agrees, and reaches down for the camera. After the shot cuts to a wide angle, she is reaching down again.
Who Stole My Copy of Mein Kampf? - S4-E16
Continuity mistake: When the staff car with Leslie Smyth-Beddoes pulls in, Hogan opens the window to see who it is. As you look past Hogan, instead of a daytime backdrop, there is a black backdrop, and the wooden shutters are lit up as if it were daytime.
Oil for the Lamps of Hogan - S1-E14
Continuity mistake: Toward the end, Klink removes his monocle while talking to Hogan about the oil. Through the next few cuts between them, the monocle is off. When Hogan goes to leave, there is a shot from behind Klink, and he doesn't move, yet the next closeup of Klink shows the monocle in place.
Praise the Fuhrer and Pass the Ammunition - S2-E19
Continuity mistake: When the German officer throws the dummy grenade, it lands about 15 or so feet from Hogan. In the next shot, Hogan takes only a step or two (about three or four feet) and picks it up.
German Bridge Is Falling Down - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: During his experiments to create explosives in the tunnels, Carter has a pretty extensive set of glassware on his workbench. Necessarily he would have to replace (most of) that after each explosion - not to mention various light bulbs, furniture and other non-blast-proof stuff by the way. A lot of that glassware is specialty equipment, it would not be easy to come by even one set of in peacetime for a free civilian. In wartime, for an allied prisoner (even with the heroes' connections) it should be nigh impossible, and totally impossible to have an inexhaustible supply of the stuff. So we can either assume a giant plot hole, or treat it (as I did) as a big continuity mistake.
Suggested correction: Considering they regularly get equipment of all kind air dropped from "London", a few laboratory instruments and containers would hardly be challenge.
Firstly, considering the number of explosions, it's not "a few" but more like "QUITE a few." Secondly, if they had had the option to receive airdrops at the time, they would just as have had them airdrop the explosives instead of the glassware for carter to blow up, wouldn't they? Or are you suggesting they would have more spare laboratory equipment in store than a wholesale laboratory outfitter, "just in case"?
Happy Birthday, Dear Hogan - S4-E26
Continuity mistake: LeBeau meets a female underground contact in a movie theater. They have to kiss to avoid detection by the Gestapo. When LeBeau leaves the theater there are no lip stick kisses on his right cheek, but when he returns to camp he has some. (00:18:00 - 00:19:00)
Suggested correction: Simple, they kissed again before LeBeau arrived back at camp. Nothing to see here.
Lady Chitterly's Lover: Part 1 - S6-E4
Continuity mistake: As the boys look at the falling plane, it's light enough to see their shadows. As the guards rush out, it's suddenly dark.
Continuity mistake: As Newkirk says he volunteers, he straightens to attention, hands by his sides. A second later, his hands are in front" holding a bit of laundry.
Praise the Fuhrer and Pass the Ammunition - S2-E19
Continuity mistake: As Klink tells Hogan of his suspicion, his arms are folded. A second later, his left fist is by his mouth.
Continuity mistake: In this episode, the picture next to the light switch wire is a group seated around a table. In "The Defector" (S5:Ep10) the picture was of Hitler making a speech, and the microphone he's speaking into hides the Heroes' bug.
