School Days - S2-E14

Continuity mistake: On their way back from the rescue at the auto wrecking yard, in the close-up we see that Roy, Billy, and Gage are in the squad talking, but when it cuts to the exterior shot there are only two people in Squad 51.

School Days - S2-E14

Continuity mistake: When Roy walks into the kitchen at Station 51, Billy is on the couch studying, and in the overhead shot the pages of the open book that Billy is holding has illustrations, but in the close-up the pages have only text on them. Dinner Date - S2-E10

Continuity mistake: When DeSoto and Gage are in the pool with the little girl whose arm is stuck in the drain, their shoes and pants are soaked. However, just after Gage gets off the Biophone, his shoes and pants are completely dry, and then when the pool has been mostly drained both DeSoto and Gage are dry.

Fuzz Lady - S2-E7

Continuity mistake: When Gage sees Sheila in the hallway at Rampart while she's undercover, he stops her midway between treatment room three and four and they are standing face to face. In the wide shots of both of them and in Sheila's close-ups, she's standing right in front of the emergency fire hose glass cabinet, but in Gage's close-ups, he's standing directly in front of the door to treatment room four, farther up the hallway.

Drivers - S2-E13

One of Those Days - S5-E9

Show generally

Continuity mistake: Frequently during the first two seasons there will be long shots of Squad 51 running down the road but it has mysteriously become a mid-60's Dodge (easily visible because of the red painted grille) instead of the familiar 1972+ model Dodge with a chrome grille. It also has 51 on the door which makes for a significant paradox.

The Mouse - S4-E20

Revealing mistake: At the apartment complex fire, after Johnny is knocked unconscious by the explosion, when the Pasadena fireman finds him and has to lift him up, it's funny how even though Johnny's unconscious we can see that he actually helps to stand himself up, so the fireman can lift him up and carry him out.

Breakdown - S6-E15

Charlie: I think you guys are playing games with me, and I don't like it.
Roy: Now, wait a minute. We're not playing games. We don't play games with the equipment...
Captain Stanley: Wait, hold on. C'mon everybody, look we're all on the same side here, aren't we?
Charlie: I wonder.
Captain Stanley: Charlie, why can't we put the squad in the shop and have us a reserve vehicle here?
Charlie: No, no, Hank. Not until I'm 100% sure that I can't fix it. If there's anything wrong with it. This coffee stinks. [Leaves the room.]
Captain Stanley: You guys playing some kind of joke on him?
John: We didn't make the coffee!
Captain Stanley: Not the coffee, you twit, the squad.
Roy: Cap, there's something wrong with that squad out there.
Captain Stanley: [sigh.] All right, if you say so... I made the coffee.

The Game - S6-E1

Trivia: It's in this episode that the Heimlich Maneuver is used for the first time by the paramedics. At the USC game, when a guy is choking on a hot dog, John and Roy are called, and John uses the Heimlich. Up until season 6 we've seen the guys use other methods, such as the ChokeSaver which look like huge white tweezers, to remove obstructions in an airway, as seen in 4x9, "Foreign Trade."
