Continuity mistake: Evelyn is reading the instructions for the transition. Item 4 says "Don't forget to breath." When she reads them again prior to pressing the green button, the note now correctly says "Don't forget to breathe."

Risen (2021)
Other mistake: Soldiers are shown wearing camouflage BDUs. They have an American flag sewn on their right sleeve. But the flag is of the wrong type. When a flag is worn on the right sleeve, the field of stars faces the front. In this scene their flags have the field of stars to the rear. Those flags are meant to be worn on the left sleeve. It is a tradition that dates back to the 1860s. (00:57:33)

Interceptor (2022)
Factual error: The nuclear missiles are shown in flight numerous times. They're travelling horizontally, and have their rocket motors on. Except that long range nuclear missiles are ballistic, and follow a curved path to and from space. And their rocket motors are on only for the thrust phase of the flight, and not halfway to the target.

Plane (2023)
Factual error: There are numerous minor errors in this movie in addition to the major ones I cited in other entries. - A person is killed when he falls in the aisle during turbulence. After a very jarring emergency landing, the body has not moved an inch. - The survivors are "in the middle of the jungle" yet there was a road wide and long enough and unobstructed to allow the plane to land with the gear down.
Suggested correction: Jolo Island, where they landed, has many roads "in the middle of the jungle." It's not unreasonable to assume that at least one of them meets the required criteria.
OK. Thanks for that.

Plane (2023)
Factual error: After a power outage the captain states that operating on batteries (?) he has 10 minutes of power, followed by an uncontrolled descent. That is ludicrous. Aircraft can glide to a landing with no power or engines. Further, commercial airliners have a Ram Air Turbine that can supply hydraulic as well as electrical power even if the engines are not functioning.

Plane (2023)
Factual error: Electrical power is lost due to thunderstorms/turbulence. Even if one admits that were possible, the captain tries to transmit a mayday signal. But he states that he has no altimeter, no navigation, no radar, no ADI. Some is true, but even without power an airplane has a functioning altimeter, a magnetic compass, an airspeed indicator, and an Attitude Directional Indicator (ADI). (00:15:55)

Plane (2023)
Factual error: The captain requests a climb to "40,000 feet" to avoid weather. The correct terminology would have been to request a climb to "Flight Level 400." Class A airspace begins at 18,000 feet and everything above that is designated in Flight Levels, not feet.

Plane (2023)
Factual error: The captain and the first officer are both supposed to be wearing the uniform of Trailblazer Airlines. Yet their ties are completely different.
Suggested correction: Other airlines might only have a single tie design; however, this could only be classed as a factual error with proof that Trailblazer Airlines does not have more than one tie option. However, since it's a fictional airline, it can't be proved; therefore, it can't be classed as an error.
You have a point. Noted as possible. Thanks.

Risen (2021)
Other mistake: General Gomes has 13 ribbons. The order of precedence is correct, which shows somebody was careful to place them correctly. But not correct enough. The Armed Forces Expeditionary Service Ribbon is upside down. (00:42:06)

Bullet Train (2022)
Factual error: In one scene a phone call states that boomslang venom was used to kill a person. The caller states that the venom congeals the blood, makes a person exude blood from every orifice, and if an antidote is not administered in 30 seconds you are dead. A lot of this is wrong. The venom does make you eventually bleed profusely, but you have a 24-48 hour window to administer antivenom, and if it congealed the blood, it means it would make the blood clot, not make the person bleed. (00:54:50)
Suggested correction: Although I agree that "A lot of this is wrong", I don't entirely agree with your rationale and/or wording. It can take 24-48 hours (or even up to 5 days) to succumb to the Boonslang's bite, so I don't believe you have a 24-48 hour window to administer antivenom"; it would be too late to prevent death. "If it congealed the blood, it means it would make the blood clot, not make the person bleed" - yes and no. Venom causes both coagulation and hemorrhaging but in different areas of the body.
I used the information on the National Institutes of Health, nih.gov. I quote: "Traditionally, it has been taught that there is a window period of 24-48 h after a Boomslang bite to administer antivenom."
Antivenom is at least worth a try.
"Coagulation" is the preferred term when referring to blood. Although "congealed" is used, congealed typically refers to food substances that gel or harden.
I used the quotes given by the actors in the program. Congealed is what they said. Yet they also said the victim would bleed out. Confusing. Thanks for the info.
I was clarifying my substitution of the word "coagulation" for "congealed", not criticizing your usage of "congealed" (the word that was used in the movie). Yes, it is confusing! (You're welcome).

Bullet Train (2022)
Factual error: During a fight, a person is thrown against a glass partition window and the glass shatters. Trains use toughened safety glass in their construction and would not shatter like that.

Encounter (2018)
Factual error: Malik's son calls his father's parole officer. When she asks where they are he says they had entered Nevada. A while later, they stop at a pharmacy. It is called Las Lunas Pharmacy and Liquor. Las Lunas is in New Mexico, 85 miles away from the Nevada border.

Magnum P.I. (2018)
Other mistake: A man kidnaps an IT tech and steals his uniform. The IT guy is quite large - at least a XXXL if not more. When the impostor IT guy walks into HPD Headquarters, he has a very well fitting IT uniform shirt. And he is of average build -maybe a medium size. There is no way he could be wearing the real IT guy's shirt without it looking like a tent.

Invasion (2021)
Continuity mistake: Invasion 2021 Season 1 Episode 10 While riding in a car with Hitomi's father, he recalls that she loved a compass she had. She would take it everywhere and loved to follow the red arrow north. But later, when Hitomi's girlfriend finds the compass among her things, the arrow is black with a white tip.

4400 (2021)
Continuity mistake: One of the 4400 now has an apartment and shows off her new darkroom to a friend. It has a sliding door at the entrance. In a later scene she is in the darkroom and her friend enters. But this time the door is a regular one that swings. In truth, neither of these are typical of a darkroom, as darkrooms have a light lock entry. Either double doors or a U-turn entry to prevent light from getting in.

Harlem's Renaissance Man - S1-E4

Red Notice (2021)
Factual error: Dwayne Johnson is pursuing a thief. He gets into a Porsche Taycan and pushed the start button, and he can drive off. But you have to have the key fob in your pocket or bag. Porsche explains: "As long as your key is close when you grab the door handle, the system automatically checks the encrypted access code on the key. Once your code is validated, the door will unlock, and you'll be granted access to your vehicle." Dwayne had no fob, as the car was just parked.
Suggested correction: I assumed the car belonged to the guy who was stood just in front of it, so the fob would have been in his pocket, close enough to start it.
Maybe the owner was so stupid to leave the keys in the car. "Who can steal it, here in front of me?"
Maybe start it, but since he drove away, the fob would no longer be in his possession and although the car would continue running one time, it could not be restarted.

Tough As Nails (2020)
Facing Fear - S3-E4
Factual error: The teams are at a US Coast Guard base. Two coasties are introduced. One as a chief (correct) and one as a "Captain." He is not a Captain, he is a Lieutenant. The USCG uses naval ranks, so the person with the two bars is a Lieutenant. A Captain is three pay grades above this, and uses eagles as insignia.
