Away (2020)
Factual error: The astronaut from the UK has what is supposed to be a British flag on his right arm. But it is not accurate. The red diagonal lines are in the wrong place. They are supposed to be 3/5 of the way counterclockwise of the white field, not in the center thereof. (00:04:40)

Eruption: LA (2018)
Other mistake: The remaining four people at the power plant are evacuating ahead of the explosion of the bomb they set. They are running towards the helicopter to escape. The scene shows the helicopter with the rotors already turning. But there is no-one on board, much less a pilot to have started the helicopter. (01:21:10)

Eruption: LA (2018)
Factual error: Cat hot wires a modern car. Cars newer than around 2004 are largely impossible to hot-wire. Modern vehicles come with a chip in their key fobs which are required for the ignition to start at all - no amount of hot-wiring can bypass these. (00:43:00)

Eruption: LA (2018)
Factual error: Dr. Irwin is picking a lock. He only inserts a pick and not also a tension wrench. You need both to pick a lock. (00:20:30)

Eruption: LA (2018)
Factual error: Cat Rivers is flying the R44 helicopter from the left seat. The R44 is a single pilot helicopter fitted with dual controls. Two collective levers may be installed (the left is removable) but the cyclic control is not of a conventional nature. This comprises a central stick terminating in a pivoting T bar, which only allows one of the pilots at any one time to control the cyclic with the hand grip in the 'normal' position. The R44 is normally flown from the right seat; it is possible to fly from the left seat and instructors regularly do so. Students and low experience pilots would normally only fly from the right seat, and are discouraged from flying from the left seat when with friends. This is because of the unusual cyclic control configuration and, to some extent, the different instrument scan and visual references for hovering when flying. (00:14:40)

The Twilight Zone (2019)
Character mistake: Phil looks up the train travel time from Ashford and Diamond Falls. It is 4 hours 12 minutes. Later, he goes to meet Annie, and she has suggested they meet at Colson Bay, which is "in the middle." He is on a train, and he says that in 4 hours 12 minutes he will meet her. That cannot be, as they are meeting in the middle of that distance.

Voyage to the End of the Universe (1963)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie the spaceship has three runabouts affixed to the bottom of the hull. The middle one is used to travel to an unknown spaceship and is blown up. Immediate subsequent shots of the outside of the spaceship show the middle runabout missing. But after a while, outside shots show all three again nestled in their bays.

Primer (2004)
Factual error: The garage scientists are setting up an experiment. One of the guys goes to tighten the terminals of a battery. He grabs one in each hand and proceeds to tighten them. If he had done that to a real battery he would have gotten the shock of his life. (00:12:00)

The Good Fight (2017)
Factual error: A general court-martial is being held. A general court-martial, the highest level of military court, consists of a trial counsel, defense counsel, a military judge, and a panel that must have at least five officers. An enlisted accused can request a panel composed of at least one-third enlisted personnel. In this TV show episode there were only two officers and five enlisted personnel on the panel. (00:40:50)

Gemini Man (2019)
Factual error: A fire is raging in a hardware store. The sprinklers come on. After the fire is out, the sprinklers shut off. Without anybody shutting them off. That's not the way automatic sprinklers work. Once the fusible link melts, they are on continuously until manually shut off at the valve, usually outside of the building. (01:35:20)

Gemini Man (2019)
Revealing mistake: A SWAT Team is conducting an exercise. At one point a smoke grenade is rolling on the ground, going under a vehicle, and then rising in the air prior to another shot showing it exploding. A smoke grenade does not rise in the air prior to exploding. What occurred here is that the scene was filmed in reverse (or with the camera upside down), with someone throwing the smoke grenade down from the vehicle and having it roll along the ground towards the camera. The scene was then straightened out in editing to give the impression it was rolling away from the camera. (00:48:05)

Continuity mistake: When Henry and Junior are in a car, they are suddenly confronted by a roadblock and a missile is fired at their car. After they jump out, the missile hits the front of the car, and the car goes up in the air and somersaults forward. If a car is hit by a missile on the front, the last direction the car is going to go is forward towards from where the missile came from. (01:26:45)

The Beyond (2017)
Other mistake: The Space Agency is trying to use an android mechanism (Human 2.0) to go to The Void and make first contact. Their first attempt at putting a human brain into the android fails. The solution is to make the android mechanism imprint human cells to facilitate the brain/android connection. The Agency is up against a time constraint, and someone comes up with the idea of using military Humans 2.0 to go on the voyage. Wait a minute! So now we learn there are other Humans 2.0 in existence? Wouldn't whoever made those already know how to solve the human brain/android interface? Why is the Space Agency reinventing the wheel? (00:40:55)
