Revealing mistake: When Apollo changes course, he pulls back on the joystick and the interior shot shows the shuttle seems to raise its nose. But the stars outside the window also tilt, meaning the shuttle hasn't tilted - the camera has. (00:34:25)

Battlestar Galactica (1978)
Continuity mistake: When Apollo speaks with Adama, close-ups show the left side of Apollo's face is mostly shadowed while the right is well lit. In the wider shots, the left side is very well lit. (00:44:30)

Battlestar Galactica (1978)
Continuity mistake: When Boomer tells Starbuck to check his scanner, it shows three Cylon ships approaching. In the next shot, four Cylon ships attack, not three. (00:03:30)

Battlestar Galactica (1978)
The Gun on Ice Planet Zero (2) - S1-E9
Revealing mistake: When Adama orders the fleet to "Flank speed ahead", the next exterior shows Galactica, seemingly turning to port, but looking at the landing pod shows the image is a reversed shot of the ship turning to starboard, evidenced by the ship's name being backwards. (00:27:10)

Battlestar Galactica (1978)
The Gun on Ice Planet Zero (2) - S1-E9
Revealing mistake: During the second wave of the Cylon attack, Galactica is shown from her port side, and her name is missing from the side of the landing pod. (00:26:10)

Battlestar Galactica (1978)
Saga of a Star World (1) - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Apollo asks Zac, "How many of them can you make out?", Zac looks at his targeting screen and replies, "Four." However, the screen displays five. The ensuing battle proves Zach is correct with four, meaning the film makers inserted an incorrect targeting screen graphic. (00:10:30)

Battlestar Galactica (1978)
Saga of a Star World (1) - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: In the second shot showing the fleet of Battlestars (from the port side and slightly behind), the closest ship has a blank nameplate on the front of the landing bay where all the ships normally have their names displayed. In the next shot, a close-up shows this plate now says, "Atlantia". (00:02:45)

Battlestar Galactica (1978)
Deliberate mistake: When the Cylon ship rams the landing bay and explodes, the many quick-cut fiery destruction shots are lifted from a classic World War II film (possibly "The Guns of Navarone"). Note the stone walls (and the tanker truck just left of center in the second such shot). (00:08:05)

Dirty Mary Crazy Larry (1974)
Visible crew/equipment: When the Charger hits the train, the shot from above and behind ends with the rear window shattering due to a very obvious mortar blast at the left/lower corner of the glass, which fires a white gaseous stream upward. It's seen again in slow motion from the side in the next shot as well (at the right side of the shot). (01:31:00)

Dirty Mary Crazy Larry (1974)
Continuity mistake: The very first shot of the Dodge Charger shows it parked at the flea market. The car is shown with a crushed front valance, a rusty metal framework added below and behind the valance, and a base-model grille. When the car starts and drives away, the valance is perfect, the rusty frame is gone, and the grille now has an 'R/T' emblem. Two different cars were filmed on different days and the shots don't match up. (00:51:30 - 00:55:00)

Dirty Mary Crazy Larry (1974)
Continuity mistake: When the Charger parks at the bar/pool hall, the car's rear panel displays an 'R/T' emblem. But as they fill up with fuel minutes later, the 'basic' Charger script and logo replace the R/T emblem seen earlier. (01:00:35 - 01:07:10)

Battlestar Galactica (1978)
Continuity mistake: When Bootes throws a tantrum at the bar, he knocks two hats off the bar and his mug falls over directly in front of him. When the shot changes to an angle from behind him, his mug is standing and one of the hats is back on the bar. (00:36:30)

The Living Legend (1) - S1-E12
Continuity mistake: After Cain leaves the planning session for the attack on the Cylon convoy, Apollo walks toward Adama. In the background is a metal wall unit. At the far right side, halfway down are four small compartments with handles that are all properly folded flush. When the shot cuts to a close-up of Tigh, the second compartment's handle is not stowed. (00:24:55)

Battlestar Galactica (1978)
Saga of a Star World (1) - S1-E1
Other mistake: In the second shot showing the fleet of Battlestars (from the port side and slightly behind), the closest ship has an odd reflection which forms a "pillar of light" radiating down from near the rear of the landing bay. It is an effects error, perhaps created while trying to hide the rod that holds the ship up from below. (00:02:45)

The Living Legend (2) - S1-E13
Plot hole: The "drop team" parachutes into Gamoray under cover of night, wearing all black to conceal their approach, yet their parachutes have an enormous rainbow stripe pattern. Not exactly stealthy. (00:15:15)

Star Wars: Clone Wars (2003)
Chapter 14 - S2-E4
Continuity mistake: When Shaak Ti, Ronet Corobb, and Foul Moudama try to get Palpatine to safety, there are two Clone Troopers with them. As they stand waiting for the elevator, both Troopers are armed with blaster rifles, but as they walk into the elevator, one of them suddenly has a rocket launcher instead of a rifle. (00:39:00)

Battlestar Galactica (1978)
Saga of a Star World (1) - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Baltar turns to face the two setting suns, we see the lower one at the left has what could be a boat in its reflection on the water. The higher one on the right is over a mountainous area on the horizon. The next shot is of Baltar in close-up, then the next returns to the horizon to show us Baltar's view, which shows just ONE setting sun. The one on the left has vanished though there is room enough for it to have been seen in this shot. (00:40:15)

The Fog (2005)
Continuity mistake: When the Seagrass is attacked, the two girls are thrown through the cabin's rear windows, landing on the outside deck. When the boat's owner finds it, a camera circles the Seagrass from a distance and the rear windows are intact. When he and Elizabeth board the boat, the windows are again broken. The Crow (1994)
Revealing mistake: When Draven sends T-bird to his death in his car, the real Ford Thunderbird is replaced by a fake mockup using a flimsy one-piece fiberglass body mounted on a pair of straight axles. When it explodes, the body lifts off in one piece, warping wildly while the front axle simply falls away. No proper car components like engine, transmission, suspension and so on, are seen anywhere, though they should be. (00:57:05)

Dirty Mary Crazy Larry (1974)
Visible crew/equipment: As the Charger races toward the railroad tracks, the view from above and behind the car shows a cable is pulling the car forward. The cable runs under the tracks (note the discolored pavement that crosses the tracks), then the cable emerges on the other side and turns left around a horizontal pulley. The cable disappears to the left where an off-screen truck is driving further to the left, pulling the car. (01:31:00)
Suggested correction: Actually the cable was attached to the train locomotive itself. That way they were able to measure the cable out that the car would be in the right place to be hit, without dealing with timing issues of getting two independent vehicles to be at the same place at the same time.
