Audio problem: As Shelton is about to drive away from City Hall, we see him operate a lever on the steering column of the van and we hear the familiar sounds of a transmission shifter clunking through a few settings into "Drive". The problem is that he used the lever on the left side of the column, which is the turn signal lever. The transmission shift lever is on the right side of the column. In reality, Butler used his left turn signal before steering left into the travel lane, and the sound editors added the shifter sound to try and cover the fact he's never actually seen putting the van into gear in the scene. Audio problem: Toby enters the Oval Office at the end of a meeting the President is holding with about a half-dozen people. The meeting breaks up and Toby follows Bartlet toward the desk as the others meander toward the door. A few seconds after the camera pans away from the others, we hear the door close and the room is now silent as Toby and Bartlet begin to converse. But the door closing happens way too soon for all those people to have gotten out of the room. Two men are especially just standing there, looking as if they aren't planning to leave at all. The other doors aren't used nor heard. (00:14:15)

Audio problem: During the blackout, Donna and Josh sit together. The scene begins with the camera looking out the window, panning right to reveal Donna as we hear her finish saying, "You know what I'm surprised about?". But her mouth isn't moving at all until she begins her next sentence, and it's visible when we're hearing "about". (00:36:00)

Audio problem: As Charlie leaves the Oval Office, he pulls the door behind him. When it stops moving, the audio suggests it has been closed fully ("ka-chunk"), yet it's obvious it has not been closed as we can still see the outer office's curtains at the right of the screen, confirmed further when C.J. steps forward and the camera pans right to show the entire door frame area, and the door open quite a bit. Audio problem: Despite the fact that Scheider's character is driving a Pontiac Ventura with an automatic transmission (note the floor pedals), the sound we hear is of a four-speed manual car being 'double-clutched' (reused sound from the Mustang GT in the film 'Bullitt'). (00:55:30)

Audio problem: As Apollo's Viper is under attack by several Cylon Raiders, he radios Galactica, saying "Galactica, Recon Probe 3. Where's Blue Squadron? I'm running out of time." A few shots later, aboard Galactica, we hear Apollo's voice over the radio, saying "Where's Blue Squadron? I'm running out of time." twice, back-to-back. It's a reuse of the audio from the earlier scene. We hear the exact same audio a total of three times in less than 45 seconds. (00:03:00)

Audio problem: Throughout this episode, Lucifer is audibly breathing while speaking, yet he is a robot, and unlike "Data" on "Star Trek", does not mimic human traits. (00:16:40)

Audio problem: When the Stuka 'bombs' the bunker that Pink's father is in, we see it pass overhead, making the unique Stuka 'scream'. Then we hear the whistle of the bomb as it falls to earth, yet we still see the bomb is attached to the underside of the Stuka. The Stuka shown carries just the one bomb, so it isn't another one that is falling. The truth is that this Stuka is a remote-controlled miniature that did not have the ability to release its fake bomb, and the editors failed to avoid using the whistling sound until this shot was over.
