Corrected entry: When John falls off his motorcycle; he pulls off his helmet without undoing the buckle, but if it had never been done-up in the first place it would have come off in the crash.

Battlestar Galactica (2003)
Corrected entry: The Pegasus is presumably a newer Battlestar than Galactica (which was slated to be decommissioned when the Cylons attacked), and its complement of Vipers is of a newer model, presumably the Mark V. The newer Mark V Vipers were in use by the majority of the Human fleet defending the Colonies in the miniseries were easily jammed by the Cylons, rendering them worthless, yet the Pegasus' Vipers are unaffected by the Cylons they've encountered.
Correction: The Pegasus took heavy loses during the same opening day of the new war, so it's certain they, too, had problems with their Mark VIIs (not Vs) at the time, but a lot of time has passed since, and both Pegasus and Galactica have since overcome the problems that the Mark VII's had that day, as both are using them.
Corrected entry: When the Were-Rabbit falls into the cheese tent and Lady Tottington comes in, she says "Wallace" just before her lips do.
Correction: Actually, her lips move to begin the 'W' in an exaggerated fashion, then the rest of his name flows with audio and video in sync. If you say his name slowly (in an over-the-top, stuffy Brit manner), you'll find you purse your lips well in advance of the 'W' sound being made, if that's your style. It is for her.
Corrected entry: When the vicar is in the church at the start, and the were-rabbit is in the church as well, the were-rabbit rounds the corner of the pew and there is nothing in front of it. However, when the vicar looks back there is a large stone object next to the pew and should have also been in the shot from the were-rabbit's perspective.
Correction: The white pillar is there from both angles, but is shrouded by shadow when looking from the were-rabbit's viewpoint. Still, it's edges are highlighted enough to see it. And it is behind the pew, not next to it. From the Vicar's viewpoint, the pillar is slightly further out into the aisle, but is still 'behind' the pew.

Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit (2005)
Corrected entry: When the artificial were-rabbit (doll) snaps off the roof of the car while entering the small tunnel Gromit is pulled and 'squashed' against the inside of the roof. You can see Gromit's imprint in the roof in the next scene, shortly before Wallace walks away. In the subsequent scenes/shots when the were-rabbit appears the imprint in the roof has disappeared.
Correction: This is children's animation, not a documentary. Dogs don't drive, and cheese won't raise the dead. The animators did not forget to leave the car dented- it's a sight-gag, and thus, not a mistake.

Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987)
Conspiracy - S1-E25
Corrected entry: At the end of the scene where Admiral Quinn is first walking around the Enterprise with Picard and Riker, a male crew member can be seen wearing a female officer's dress uniform.
Correction: Not a mistake. That was a normal uniform variation at that point in the show. It wasn't seen a lot, but it was intentional- not a mistake.

The Hunt for Red October (1990)
Corrected entry: When Jack Ryan is dropped to the Dallas there is no DSRV on it. Then it is there at the climax of the film. Given the time constraints it should not have been possible to get the DSRV to the Dallas.
Correction: The DSRV is located in Patuxent, Maryland when first seen. It is stated it can be anywhere in the world within 24 hours.meaning they can move it over 12,000 miles in 24 hours. Getting it from Maryland to the Grand Banks of Newfoundland (less than 1500 miles) would take less than 3 hours. The time between Ryan telling Ramius where to go via morse code and the arrival of Dallas at the same location was over 20 hours- plenty of time to get the DSRV to the Dallas.

Underworld (2003)
Corrected entry: Selene is actually the name of the Greek Goddess of the moon, showing possible link to the Lycans (maybe a subject for the future films?)
Correction: Prior to overcoming the limitation, the moon was also quite important to vampires, as daytime sun would kill them - so her name is more likely a tribute to her vampire lineage.

The Blues Brothers (1980)
Corrected entry: On the movie's home video cover, when Jake is resting his hand on Elwood's shoulder, his tattooed name is on his right hand. But in the very beginning of the movie, when Jake is waiting to collect his things from the man at the corrections office, he is tapping his fingers on the counter and his tattooed name is on his left hand.
Correction: Cover artwork is not part of the film, and not a valid mistake.

Dazed and Confused (1993)
Corrected entry: When Don gives the pledge sheet to Pink, you can see that the word "committed" is spelt wrong. They spell it "commited".
Correction: It's a high school 'ditto sheet' item, made in-house at the school. Students and teachers alike make mistakes. If such an error were in a text book, this would be a more solid error. As is, it seems in-character for where and how it was created.

Joy Ride (2001)
Corrected entry: When Lewis And Fuller pull up at the motel both of the headlights are working, but when the man reverses his car, in the long shot, the left front headlight is out. (00:15:15 - 00:16:35)
Correction: Not so. The grille and lights of the Newport are recessed into the front of the car. The shot mentioned shows the car from far to the car's left so that the left light isn't visible (blocked by the car's fender/bumper). However, the glow of this headlight is quite obviously showing that it is working. No mistake.

Joy Ride (2001)
Corrected entry: When Fuller decides to get rid of the CB radio, he chucks it out the window, you can see a road guard, that was not there in previous shots. (00:46:10)
Correction: The guard rail is lower than the height of the car door, so it can't be seen from inside the car at the angle used, and our view is from inside the car for at least 20 seconds before the exterior shot - plenty of time for the rail to start.

Joy Ride (2001)
Corrected entry: Close to the end when Fuller is hotwiring the Ford, the guy who offers to help, comes up to the truck, and Lewis is talking to him, in a far away shot, you see Lewis look at Fuller when the truck starts, then it cuts to a shot inside the truck and Lewis looks at Fuller again. (01:14:15)

Joy Ride (2001)
Corrected entry: Just after the ice truck gets smashed through by Rusty Nail, you can see Lewis and Fuller zoom away in their car. Rusty Nail's truck passes under the wooden frame with ease, but in the following shot when Fuller looks behind, you can see the truck destroy the wooden frame. (00:41:15)
Correction: Not so. The earlier shot shows that the tractor passes under the frame, and the frame becomes obscured somewhat by the exhaust smoke, but just before the shot ends, the frame is hit by the forward edge of the trailer. Then the shot changes twice and we then see the frame coming apart due to this hit. No error.

Joy Ride (2001)
Corrected entry: The brothers get their tail light bulb replaced at the service station (after the truck smashes them into the tree). Later on, when they are turning onto the dirt road to go to the cornfield, the light is out again. (01:08:05)
Correction: The bulb was out, then replaced, then went out again. Considering the age of the car, it isn't surprising that there is an electrical short blowing the same bulb over and over.

Star Trek V: The Final Frontier (1989)
Corrected entry: Cybok, Spock's half-brother, has a messy ponytail through almost the entire film. When Kirk decides to go down to the planet (where God may preside), Cybok's messy ponytail is apparent as they enter the turbo lift. Presumably a few minutes later, they are on the shuttle craft. Cybok's ponytail is gone, and his hair is cut and neat. Did he get a trim in the turbo lift so he'd look nice for when he met God?
Correction: Sybok has also changed into a completely different outfit, devoid of all the padding and decorative chest pieces...and the robe. As you jokingly suggested, he has indeed stopped to clean up and change clothes for the big meeting. You also failed to mention that Kirk and crew have also changed into their red uniforms from the earth-tone colors they wore in the earlier scene. More than a few minutes certainly have passed.

Joy Ride (2001)
Corrected entry: In the scene where the police drop Lewis and Fuller back off at the Lone Star Motel, Lewis and Fuller are in the back. They then proceed to open the doors from the inside. In reality, police crusers do not open from the inside. If they did, prisoners would be able to escape from the car.
Correction: This is untrue. Many jurisdictions have police cars that are nothing more than standard four-door sedans, with no added police gear at all. Prisoner partitions, inoperable locks and other items are and aren't used, depending on the needs and budgets of a specific police organization. I personally owned a retired Ford patrol car from a town in Pennsylvania, and it had no partition and the rear windows and locks all worked normally.

Joy Ride (2001)
Corrected entry: All of the CB radios in the movie are switched to off.
Correction: Not so. The power is controlled by the rotary volume knob, not the switch above it (which is for the NB/ANL function, shown turned off).

Joy Ride (2001)
Corrected entry: During Lewis and Fuller's first driving scene, the lock on Lewis' car door changes from locked to unlocked many times.

Joy Ride (2001)
Corrected entry: After Fuller has his leg impaled by the pipe, only the very tip of it has blood on it. If an object goes through your body, the tip is not going to be the only thing with blood on it.

Correction: Nothing guarantees a helmet will come off in any collision, since a properly fitted helmet is rather snug. Sometimes they do come off, sometimes they don't. The strap is to make certain it doesn't- but leaving it undone doesn't guarantee it falls off.
