Twister (1996)
Answer: It was most likely placed inside one of the other vehicles, the most likely being Dusty's "Barn Burner," which would've had ample space for it.

Black Hawk Down (2001)
Question: Strange question, but I was wondering why the soldiers were using what looks like a Vietnam-era M60 machine gun. Wouldn't they be using the newer version of the gun the M60E3 (which looks different than an old M60 - most notably the fore grip), which was reportedly lighter and easier to use? Also, the M249 SAW (FN Minimi) is carried by a few soldiers and I've been told that this much-more-reliable gun replaced the older weapon entirely.
Answer: At the time of the battle, not all units had gotten or were going to get the M60E3 which was mostly issued to Special Forces units. The M249 SAW has neither the range or power of the M60. It is designed to provide extra firepower to a squad and it will only supplement the M60E.

Alien 3 (1992)
Question: I know that an regular alien comes from a face-hugger, but how do they make a queen alien?
Answer: There are a couple of methods according to the novelizations and movie supplements. None are "official", but they all make sense. 1. A queen can lay a "queen egg" if she needs to. 2. When enough drones are hatched, they will sense the need for a queen and one of them will spin a cocoon and transform into a queen over a few days. 3. When a hive reaches a certain size, a few aliens (they where called "nurses" in the books) would hatch and feed a substance into certain eggs causing the facehugger to carry a queen embryo. As the aliens are based on certain types of wasp, originally, these methods are all pretty logical.

The Rock (1996)
Question: During the SEAL team raid on the rock, they are using two "decoy choppers" which fly towards Alcatraz. What is the point of this? Wouldn't it be easier to just have the transport chopper fly all the way to drop zone under radar coverage?
Chosen answer: Alcatraz is small enough and out in the middle of the bay that any lookout in a high point could see and hear a chopper, no matter where it approached from. The idea of the decoys was to split any enemy fire received. The whole insertion of SEALS was absurd, in a real situation like that, the SEALS would have been inserted by submarine or used dive motors to pull themselves to the island.

X-Men 2 (2003)
Question: Is Wolverine actually a 'mutant'? Since he had the adamantium surgically grafted in his skin, it didn't come naturally like mutants do.
Answer: Yes, his mutant abilities are enhanced senses, enhanced strength and agility and rapid healing, along with retractable bone claws. His healing factor is what allowed him to survive the implantation of the adamantium.

Star Trek: Enterprise (2001)
Question: Are lithium crystal ever mentioned in Star Trek Enterprise? I stopped watching the show after the first season but am curious if this was mentioned. I know that the first few episodes of TOS mentioned the use of "lithium crystals" instead of dilithium crystals and am just curious if that was explained in Enterprise.
Chosen answer: No, they are referred to as lithium crystals in one episode of TOS and dilithium after that. The name was changed as producers wanted something that wasn't found on Earth.

Scary Movie (2000)
Question: Who is the guy who looks through Cindy's window at the beginning of the movie and says 'wrong set'?
Answer: That whole scene is a spoof of the show "Dawson's Creek". The guy is James Van Der Beek, who played Dawson Leery, the title character.
Answer: It's also worth mentioning that the song that is playing during this part - "I Don't Want to Wait" by Paula Cole - was the theme song to Dawson's Creek.

Black Hawk Down (2001)
Question: In the scene where Eversmann is briefing his team ready for them to gear up and go out, he says something like "sorry ass JROTC". What does JROTC stand for? (00:26:00)
Answer: Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps is an elective course offered by many high schools, and taught by retired Commissioned and Warrant Officers, and retired senior noncommissioned officers. They do learn military drill and ceremonies, but not tactics and techniques of combat. The goal is to produce a well-rounded high school graduate who can enlist in the military at a higher pay grade. The joke, or derision, has to do with JROTC cadets who can March and salute.
Chosen answer: Junior Reserve Officers Training Corp. You have JROTC in high school and ROTC in college. It's a way of getting a commission in the military early on. It's often not looked fondly upon by officers who came up through the enlisted ranks first.

Rambo: First Blood (1982)
Question: Was First Blood not approved by any law enforcement or military? I noticed many types of military uniform mistakes, the stars on the trucks upside down, the flags on the police uniforms facing backward when the blue field should be forward. Usually, if a film can not get approval, they can not correctly show military or law enforcement items.
Answer: More than likely. After all, the movie portrayed both the local law enforcement and National Guard to be either intolerant jerks or incompetent morons. Hardly something they would approve of.
Answer: No, it's a myth that actors have to have permission to wear military or law enforcement items, and nor do they have to be displayed correctly.

Grandma's Kisses / Squidville - S2-E9
Question: If all the other residents had an exact personality like Squidward, how come they never got bored after all the time in Tentacle Acres?
Answer: Squidward only got bored because he likes SpongeBob and his antics more than he cares to admit. Seeing the way SpongeBob acts makes him realize just how boring Tentacle Acres really is.
I wouldn't say he likes SpongeBob but he brings a level of excitement to Squidwards life that tentacle acres doesn't.

Futurama (1999)
Question: When they pass in front of the library, there are only two books "Fiction" and "Non-fiction". I remember seeing something similar in a science-fiction film when I was a kid. A man says something like "All the knowledge of the Martians is contained in this disc". Is it a reference to this film, and if so, what is its name?
Chosen answer: I don't know that it is a reference, but it sounds like you are thinking of The Martian Chronicles.
