Continuity mistake: As V attacks all of Creedy's men with his knives, in one shot he cuts one man's neck, and blood sprays onto the man's face, but in the next shot as the man falls, his face is clean.

Continuity mistake: When Evey is wiping V's mirror clean, she stops and they talks to V. Behind her, the amount and position of white spray left on the mirror changes a few times between shots.

Continuity mistake: The appearance of the egg on toast that V makes for Evey changes a few times. How prominent the egg is, and how done the toast is noticeably differs a couple of times.

Continuity mistake: When Nastenka is tied up against the tree by the robbers, the amount of blue rope wound around her body, and the position of the blue ropes around her, changes between shots. (01:14:35)

Visible crew/equipment: After Baby Yaga makes the trees come alive and attack Ivan, as they push Ivan around you can see the whole arm of the man inside of the tree fall out, wearing a white sleeve. (00:46:30)

Continuity mistake: When we see Sebastian's father cuffed to the bed on his boat, the chain between the handcuffs is quite long. But when he gets home, and Kathryn goes to see him in the kitchen, the chain is much shorter.
