Continuity mistake: In Karen's bedroom, when Chucky is shot in the leg he flies near the window, and there is a dresser table right beside the window. But minutes earlier, when Mike entered the room and the camera panned around the room, the dresser table was a couple of feet away from the window. (01:13:30 - 01:14:15)

Continuity mistake: When Dolores and Selena are having their first meal at the old house, in a back shot we see Selena pour herself a drink, take a sip, then place it down and then proceed to smoke her cigarette. Then when it cuts to a front shot Selena now has her glass back in her hand and is drinking, then she puts it down again. In these same two shots the layout of the items on the table - the wine bottle, cigarette pack, ashtray etc., all differs. (00:22:25)

Continuity mistake: When Dolores and Selena first arrive at the old house, as Dolores walks up to the house, note the shape of the hole in the window. Then when it goes to the closeup of Dolores at the window, cursing and complaining, the hole in the glass is now much different. (00:15:20)

Continuity mistake: When Joe takes the soda from the fridge, Dolores finishes cutting her cabbage and picks up a bowl from beside it and walks over to the stove. When she had finished cutting the cabbage, there is cut cabbage on the board. When we see the board again there's no cut cabbage, and the cabbage halves differ their position greatly and also the knife Dolores puts down on the cutting board is a totally different utensil in the second shot. Revealing mistake: When Ernest runs away from Lisle, after he nearly drinks the live-forever potion, he runs down a hallway and commences to open a door with a doorknob on the left side of the door. It then cuts to the other side of the door, of Ernest walking through the door (into the party), and now the doorknob is also on the left side of the door, but it should be on the right side. Continuity mistake: When Andy returns to the apartment, he goes to his room and shuts himself in his spacious cupboard. In the cupboard there's a pile of toys including a red remote-control car, a baseball bat etc., and between shots the pile of toys changes. Eg. when Andy looks at the pile, the baseball bat is totally exposed, yet when he picks up the remote-control car the bat is wrapped in a sweater. (01:09:35)
