Audio problem: When the Decepticon jets attack the maharaja's palace at the beginning Thundercracker speaks with Skywarp's voice. Later, at their base when the fake Optimus comes out Skywarp speaks with Starscream's voice.
Audio problem: The computer's voice says "golf shoes" while the screen says "golf cleates".
Audio problem: The keys we see being depressed on the player piano never bear any resemblance to the actual notes we hear. (00:13:00)
Earthbound - S1-E17
Audio problem: McCauley and the engineer take a space walk to repair the ship's engines. We hear their tools clanking against the metal hull as the repair is made, and they pound loudly on the hatch door to reboard the ship when they've finished. None of these sounds would be audible in the vacuum of space.
Audio problem: When Deep Thought is describing how he's going to create a new computer, he describes it as "a computer that can calculate the answer to the ultimate question." This is wrong: Deep Thought himself just did that. The new computer is supposed to calculate the question, not the answer.
Chapter 12 - S2-E2
Audio problem: When Anakin returns from the infiltration of the enemy city, he sits down and says 'Lunch'. But he moves his lips twice for a one-syllable word.
Audio problem: In the scene where Mystique returns to the Brotherhood house, when Pietro says that their team is as tough as ever, it's Lance's voice that comes out of his mouth.
The Krakken - S1-E3
Audio problem: When the kraken roars, when it destroys a ship, it sounds like a TIE fighter in Star Wars.
Audio problem: When Anakin says, "What? Uh-oh," his mouth does not move. He just looks shocked that his lightsaber could not cut The Zillo Beast.
Audio problem: While Pickles is sniffing the ground, she asks Bob "Did you know vomit tastes bad?", but her lips don't match what she is saying.
Audio problem: After Alf calls the radio station and tells the station to give Jody his phone number, Alf walks to the towards the table saying "Friend...wish I had one" with the phone in his hand. Right after Alf says "Friend..." listen closely in the background and you can hear a far off phone ringing about 2 seconds before the one Alf is using starts. (00:04:55)
The Phoenix Saga (5): Child of Light - S3-E7
Audio problem: Storm's mouth is completely closed when she says "The immediate threat to New York City has been averted." (00:12:10)
Audio problem: Coulson is talking to a cowboy who sold a piece of construction equipment to some bad people. The cowboy pulls a breach-loader shotgun. Ward grabs the weapon and pulls the cowboy off his horse. Next the distinct sound of racking a shell into the breach of a magazine-fed shotgun can be heard, but the breach-loader is seen.
Audio problem: When Talbot comes upon the Hulk in his helicopter, the helicopter doesn't make a sound until it appears on screen.
