Plot hole: Didn't Dexter ever notice the giant fire pit in the ant farm?
Suggested correction: This is more of a question than a mistake. (To be fair, I don't think questions were a feature yet back when this was posted.) No, he didn't. He only noticed the fire pit (and the colosseum) when he was inside the ant farm. It most likely just wasn't visible to him from the outside, or it was too small for him to see it.
Plot hole: I thought the monster was in Japan. How did it end up in America at the end?
Star Check Unconventional - S2-E37
Continuity mistake: After the fight between Dexter and the large woman, the old Chinese woman who is sitting down has a collectible Barbie doll to the right of her in a glass case. After Dexter knocks the Barbie doll over and it breaks it cuts back to a shot of the Chinese woman and the doll is still in the case with no damage to the doll or the case.
Continuity mistake: Dexter's sword holder seems to change sizes, and at many points, the sword holder is up to 3 x shorter then the actual sword.
Continuity mistake: At first, Dexter was the size of a DNA molecule, but then he is the same size as the vet's tweezers.
Other mistake: The Time Expansion Helmet was supposed to allow Dexter to perform his 30 minute morning task in 30 seconds. Since this is the case shouldn't the cat have hit the fishbowl ages ago as time is not frozen.
Continuity mistake: Towards the end, after Dee-Dee beats Master Computer, Dexter tells her to remove the cartridge. She does so and replaces it. Then there is a shot of Dee-Dee holding the game controller, and the cartridge reads Primal Combat. In the next shot of her with the controller, the cartridge reads Master Computer.
Continuity mistake: The screen with DeeDee's name on it changes from uppercase to lowercase letters near the final round.
Audio problem: The computer's voice says "golf shoes" while the screen says "golf cleates".
Character mistake: Dexter's father says he'll stunt jump over four school buses, but only three are shown.
