Audio problem: After Deputy Lin drops the line "we'll get the results back fast," Sheriff Alex Romero responds with "I'm not sure how much nail clippings are gonna tell us." As he sits down, his mouth movement matches the audio, but when the angle changes, his mouth isn't moving at all. (00:09:55)

The Last of the Cybernauts ...?? - S1-E3
Audio problem: During the opening scene when the cast are gathered around the piano singing "Happy Birthday" to John Steed, his voice is audible as a part of the singing from the start, but he doesn't start singing until the second line.

Natalie Luca (No. 184) - S4-E12
Audio problem: At the end of the episode when Reddington goes to see Natalie Luca (behind glass), he tells her that the woman she killed at the massage parlour was an associate of his. When Natalie says "She said if I didn't kill him, she would tell Hawthorne where to find us", her lips don't match what she's saying in the reflection of the glass.

Episode #1.4 - S1-E4
Audio problem: When John Smith is berating Weol-ju, there is a shot shown behind, where he says "You had to call me", but the side of his mouth cannot be seen moving with the line. (00:04:15)

Audio problem: The mechanical Simplex door locks make electronic bleeping noises when the buttons are pressed. As these are mechanical locks with no electronic components, the most you should hear is a click as each button is pressed.

Audio problem: After talking with Kieran near the start of the episode, Emma (off-screen) gets into her car, shuts the door, turns on the engine and starts driving away in 3 seconds flat.

Audio problem: When Ilonka is speaking with her father about going to Brightcliff Hospice, in a shot where the camera is behind her, she says "Lots of foster kids. I mean, kids on their own" and the line appears to sync with her mouth perfectly. But immediately after finishing that line, she starts saying "It's a place for teenagers to transition on their own terms", and her mouth doesn't appear to sync up with the audio at all. (00:12:50)

Fold Equity - S2-E9
Audio problem: When Loker receives a video file from Lightman, the shot changes to face Loker and Ria. There are about nine more "dings" that indicate a new item has arrived, but after the final ding is heard, the shot goes back to face the monitor and there are only five items on the screen, with more coming in.

Audio problem: After Nasedo reveals himself in the morgue, there is a shot on Michael's face. There is no sound, but Nasedo can be seen in the foreground either talking animatedly or having an extremely localized seizure. (00:23:55)

Chapter Five: The Flayed - S3-E5
Audio problem: When Joyce, Alexi and Hopper go to Murray's, Murray points a double barrel shotgun at them and it makes a sound of a pump action shotgun.

Audio problem: When Max crashes through the wall, he exclaims "A Baby?!"; however, his lips don't move.

Audio problem: The scene where Tom goes to his home, to be confronted by his wife, the dog, and another man holding a shotgun. The other man has just told Tom that either he walks away or he gets shot in the leg. There is then the sound of the dog growling for several seconds, but the dog's mouth/muzzle isn't moving, and it isn't growling.

Audio problem: Magnum slips into the car in 1936 with his client out of the club. If you pay attention to the audio, there is sometimes a droning noise as if someone were using a leaf blower nearby (it's actually because in editing they cut out all sounds below a certain level - but some of it spiked enough to stay into the audible range). (00:11:20)

Murder on the Day of the Dead - S7-E5
Audio problem: When Jack and Florence talk to the club treasurer drinking lemonade, several times in shots where Ardal O'Hanlon is out of focus in the foreground you can hear his voice being dubbed in while he was doing simple a stand-in role without opening his mouth. (00:26:20)

The Crab with the Golden Claws: Part 1 - S1-E1
Audio problem: When Tintin says "It's gotta be in here somewhere", his mouth is open, but doesn't move. (00:04:10)

Audio problem: In the second scene when Pete hits the sword wielding man with the shield, we hear the sound effect, but he misses by an incredible amount of distance.

Audio problem: When Miss Fisher is interrogating Stone and asks him "What's the matter Mr. Stone..." he's gulping down his liquor. She finishes the sentence ("cat got your tongue?") in a separate shot, and the sound of him just putting down the glass is heard. But if you look at the little bit of him that is poking in the foreground, he's puffing smoke instead. Kinda hard to do that with a mouthful of whiskey. (00:31:40)

Audio problem: When Olivia calls Astrid to tell her it wasn't Walter's research, we cut to Astrid who says, "Good news", but her lips do not move. (00:33:57)

The Man They Called a Magician - S1-E2
Audio problem: Jigen shoots Pycal in the head with no results. He says that his gun is useless, but his lips don't move. (00:05:50)

The Butler Did It (A Bird in the Hand) - S1-E3
Audio problem: In the first scene, we see a quartet led by a sax player. The music we hear, however, is of a trio without sax. This is fixed in the rebroadcast where the song is Satin Doll led by the sax. Additionally, the piano now sounds like an electric to match its look.
