Other mistake: When Chris is waiting to save Judi, he reads the article about her and says "oh, she's a teacher." However, the article says Judi is an insurance claims adjuster.

The World Needs Heroes. Over. - S2-E9
Other mistake: The Doctor, coming up from the basement of his house, is locking both deadbolt locks using a key held in his right hand. He logically would use the same hand to put the key in his upper left pocket. Richard who is watching through binoculars uses a walkie talkie to inform both Ezra and Jules that the Doctor has put the keys in his upper left pocket. However, the next scene shows the Doctor with keys now in his left hand placing the keys in his upper right pocket. This doesn't match what Richard says he observed. (00:24:42)

Other mistake: When one of the kidnappers knocks on Michael's door, it shows him undoing a sliding barrel bolt before opening it, but the bolt does not have anything it slides into on the door frame rendering it pointless, especially as the door opens inwards. (00:30:20)

The Case of the Missing Monkee - S1-E17
Other mistake: When Peter is tied up at the Remington Clinic, as the camera does a pan from behind him, you can see that he has been tied with a quick-release knot.

Other mistake: In the starting titles, the newspaper clippings state that Doogie sails through high-school in 9 weeks, the article says he is 12 years old. The next clipping says he graduates from Princeton at age 10.

Other mistake: The FBI agents call for a taxi and official transportation from the Evans apartment and gave the address of 963 North Gilbert. However, the Evans lived at 921 North Gilbert. Since the FBI was at their apartment, you would think that they would know the address or exactly where they are in a Chicago project. (00:13:03 - 00:28:29)

Other mistake: When Shao Kahn rips M. Bison in half, M. Bison's hand is ripped apart too... and then stays attached to his body somehow.

The Man in the Long Black Coat - S2-E8
Other mistake: Eric Idle is called Dr Melvin Whale, but according to the subtitles he is called Dr Melvin Mile.

Other mistake: In the scene where Raphael and Michelangelo report from their ceiling vantage point, we see a hallway full of Foot ninjas. Strangely, we can see a brief shot of an Earth Protection Force trooper walking peacefully among amongst the Foot even though they are hostile to them. (00:07:50)

Other mistake: When Brick first goes to see Betty White in the library, she gives him until Walt Whitman's birthday (May 31st) to return the books. When he returns and realises he is still short 1 book, she gives him until Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's birthday which is May 22nd - before Whitman's birthday.

Other mistake: In the scene where Yakko, Wakko and Dot are sitting at their desks repeating Miss Flamiel's every word, Wakko is drawn without legs (only feet) during one shot.

True Crime - S1-E1
Other mistake: When Tim Kono enters the lift, he presses floor 8, but gets off at floor 9.

Doug and the Weird Kids / Doug's Behind The Wheel - S3-E6
Other mistake: Doug's Behind the Wheel: When Judy parallel parks the car, as Doug tells her that she just parallel parked, he sticks his hand right through her seatbelt to touch her shoulder. (00:21:51)

Come Back, Little Googie - S1-E25
Other mistake: When Eddie's naughty little friend goes to shake hands with Herman they insert a quick close up of a hand buzzer in his hand, only it's obviously an adult's wrinkly hand.

Other mistake: When Michael walks into his office and sees Shawn, Michael is wearing a wedding ring. Looks like he forgot to take it off prior to shooting the scene. (01:00:00)

Other mistake: Kendra slaps the right side of Donna's face to stop her from freaking out. Donna then rubs the left side of the her face. (00:14:05)

Other mistake: As LeBeau is being interrogated, on the barometer behind Schultz you can make out the word "fair." What is a barometer labeled in English doing in a German counter-intelligence headquarters?

Other mistake: Season 50, Episode 5: During the 'Family Bonds' skit, the presenter says the show was about a single father raising two daughters, but in the clips, it's a son and a daughter.

Blue Wants to Play a Game - S1-E12
Other mistake: The jigsaw puzzle Steve and Blue help Shovel and Pail with has a picture of everyone playing musical chairs from the Mailbox's Birthday episode, but Steve suddenly isn't in the puzzle. He played musical chairs, so he should've been in the puzzle.
