Other mistake: Pleakley reacts to Jumba's "Where is my experiment?" too early.

Other mistake: When Rube is searching the hard-copy (paper) archives, the young man with him opens the last box and pulls out an old "Wanted" poster with Rube's face on it. He tells Rube "This guy looks just like you." Since season 1, episode 1, we've known that Grim Reapers don't look like they did when they were alive (i.e., Millie/Un-George). Yet somehow, Rube has not changed since his life/death.

Other mistake: Tails automatically knows Cosmo's name even before she introduces herself later on (English Dub version only).

Other mistake: After Kirsten is talking to Sandy about the fact Seth got into a fight and she comes inside to see that Ryan has made breakfast, there is no way he could of set the table, found all the utensils and ingredients and cooked them by the time Kirsten gets back inside.

Other mistake: Whenever Charlie is playing the piano, it is clear he really is not. We hear notes playing that his hand is nowhere near at the time.

Other mistake: In the scene where Raphael and Michelangelo report from their ceiling vantage point, we see a hallway full of Foot ninjas. Strangely, we can see a brief shot of an Earth Protection Force trooper walking peacefully among amongst the Foot even though they are hostile to them. (00:07:50)

Nether Zone - S7-E4
Other mistake: Jeremy and Mark are locked in an apartment building. Mark calls a locksmith but is unable to get any assistance as he doesn't know the address. Several minutes later Jeremy orders a pizza to the address and it arrives with no issue. (00:04:28 - 00:10:20)
Suggested correction: Mark gives a series of addresses with the help of Jeremy who finally seems to remember the address. Although, there's no indication the locksmith wasn't willing to help. After the call Mark said they called him a "prong." And if they didn't offer any assistance, it could be because they thought it was a prank. When Jeremy calls the pizza place, part of his conversation is drowned out by Mark's voice over, but is reasonable to assume he gave the correct address now that he remember it.
