Other mistake: Cook and Effy manage to fall through Pandora's Mum's wardrobe, into the next door neighbor's bedroom. But this is not possible as the neighbors' houses are detached.
Other mistake: At the beginning, when everyone is watching Shelby fighting on TV, the timer is going too slow. According to the timer, the fight ends at 2:53, which is only 7 seconds of fighting, yet the fight was way longer than that.
Other mistake: Leonard says he had a growth spurt after his high school prom. In "The Cooper-Hofstadter Polarization" he told Penny that he still had all his clothes he owned since the eighth grade, after his last growth spurt.
Other mistake: In the episode "It's About Time!", near the end of the episode after they get back, when the camera zooms in on Phineas and Isabella, Isabella's face is gone - only her eyes remain, but after the camera zooms out her face is back.
Episode Six - S1-E6
Other mistake: After the wedding when everyone is outside, Smithy says he has forgotten the maps that gave directions to the reception. Bryan says he can use the sat nav in his Picasso and tells everyone to follow him. But he was driven to the church in the Bentley with Stacey, so his car wouldn't have been there.
The Thrice Cream Man/The Flibber-Flabber Diet - S1-E7
Other mistake: In "The Flibber-Flabber Diet," Chowder and Truffles return when Mung calls them. How could they hear him when they'd already left?
Episode Four - S1-E4
Other mistake: Jake is sitting at the kitchen counter top and is watching TV whilst doing his homework. You can see his red pencil case labelled 'Jake Rowlings'. Many times throughout the series the parents have been recognised as Mr and Mrs Brockman - not Rowlings. The children also have been referred to as Karen Ben and Jake Brockman. (00:13:40)
Suggested correction: Throughout the series, the Brockmans (specifically Pete and Sue) seem very ashamed of their family. In the first episode they tell Jake to give people Grandad's address. It doesn't seem out of character at all for them to tell Jake to give people a false surname. Also, Harry Potter came out at the same time so Rowling would be a very easy surname to choose. This isn't out of character for the parents at all if you look at the rest of the series.
The family's surname is not mentioned (other than on the pencil case) at any point in the first series. Likewise, the grandad is not named in the first series either. Sue even says she doesn't know anyone called Frank Morrison during Series 1 when Pete mentions a colleague of that name. This creates continuity errors when the family are given the name Brockman and Sue's father is established to be called Frank Morrison from Series 2 onwards.
Hard Bargain - S1-E9
Other mistake: When one of the kidnappers knocks on Michael's door, it shows him undoing a sliding barrel bolt before opening it, but the bolt does not have anything it slides into on the door frame rendering it pointless, especially as the door opens inwards. (00:30:20)
Other mistake: During the concert, the drummer's hands don't follow the music playing.
Episode #4.4 - S4-E5
Other mistake: During the scenes in the Hawaiian Function Room you can see the sun shining down on the floor and furniture, when it's meant to be thundery with heavy rain outside.
Bag Ladies - S2-E5
Other mistake: In the first scene with Russell and Claire, Claire is portrayed as being too young to understand his references to Ross and Rachel from "Friends", Ward and June Cleaver, or the song "9 to 5." Later, he tells Adam that he met her while she was playing Grateful Dead songs in the park. That alone would demonstrate that she can be aware of shows and music from previous decades. On a side note, "Friends" ended only three years before this show began.
Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie - S6-E22
Other mistake: Despite being in the Black Ranger's suit, when Critic is "beamed" back to the Command Center, his beam is red. (00:16:55)
