Audio problem: When Drosselmeier and his fellow adviser, the astrology scholar, run into Drosselmeier's cousin and are presented with the Crackatook nut, the scholar snatches it and then exclaims, "it is a Crackatook nut!" After he finishes saying that, his mouth continues to move for an extra syllable that looks like he says nut twice.
Audio problem: When Michael Shannon fires his gun, you can hear bullet casings falling to the floor, as is normal with a semi-automatic pistol. However, his gun is a revolver, so the casings won't eject until the gun is opened and emptied manually before reloading. (01:07:10)
Audio problem: At the hospital, just before it cuts to Dr. Pincus answering, or rather not answering, the nurse's admittance questions, when a doctor asks about his charts as he says, "I appreciate it," his mouth is not in sync with the words. (00:09:45)
Audio problem: Inside the subway, Rikki's voice is heard but his mouth doesn't move.
Audio problem: In the scene in Aughra's observatory, the Italian dub mistranslates "The angle of Eternity" as "The ankle of Eternity" ("la caviglia dell'Eternità").
Audio problem: When trying to steel the BET, Serpentor fllies in close and Duke grabs onto his glider. The sounds of TIE Fighters are used for Serpentor's glider. You can even hear Darth Vader breathing for a moment. (00:15:45)
Audio problem: Right before Kylo Ren kills Lor San Tekka, he says "You're so right," and the sound of him igniting his lightsaber while raising it upward, then killing Tekka. You can see red light that is flickering at the bottom of the screen while Ren is talking, meaning that the lightsaber is on, but there is no sound of the lightsaber, and there is still a sound of ignition when it is already on.
Audio problem: After Gru has unveiled his plan to steal the moon, he says,"That's what I'm talkin' 'bout!" The animation of his mouth, however, includes the unpronounced "a" in the word "about." (00:11:35)
Audio problem: When the police and reporters are outside the warehouse where the dinosaur attack happened, Captain. Polaris communicates with other cops by radio. Strangely enough, his own voice, and the voice of the bald cop beside him also sound mechanical, with the crackling quality you hear over radios, even though they are on screen and should be heard normally. This even goes on when they are talking to each other, without using the radios.
Audio problem: When Jen is kicking the crap out of everyone in the restaurant, she is supposedly saying a whole load of stuff, but if you watch carefully, she isn't saying most of it, it must have been dubbed. (01:20:30)
Audio problem: When Costner finds his baby, The native lady hands it to him - you can hear the baby cooing happily, but if you look closely at the baby's face you will see that she is crying.
Audio problem: At the end of the film, when Kull raises his axe and says, "By this axe, I rule," his lips don't match when he says "By this."
Audio problem: After the mermaids splash Wendy, she raises a seashell threateningly above her head and says "If you dare come near me again.". Her mouth doesn't move at all.

Audio problem: The audio for the Gatling cannon used by the second Samurai warrior in the first battle scene is incorrect as it uses the effect for a gun with a much lower rate of fire even though initially the film is going at a normal pace with no slowdown.
Audio problem: When Kayleigh, Tommy, Evan and Lenny are putting the block buster in the mailbox, Evan puts the cigarette on the block buster and says it should last Lenny 2 minutes, but his mouth says 10 minutes.
Audio problem: When Sarah's mother is on the phone with her husband, she says, "I'm worried Dave, the fever's gone from 101 to 104," yet her mouth doesn't move. (00:02:30)
