Audio problem: During the battle in Adrian Veidt's lair he catches a bullet. He pulls the slug from his palm but as he drops the slug we hear the sound of a spent shell casing hitting the floor (empty brass) not the heavy lead bullet.
Audio problem: During the Walmart scene, it seems they edited in Gary saying "Oh, God." However, it's over no visible mouth or throat movements. (01:15:17)
Audio problem: In the scene where the Prince meets up with Leonardo da Vinci for the first time and notices that his guards have found him, he says 'Oh, I can't believe this'. His mouth isn't in sync with what he's saying.
Suggested correction: Firstly, the closed captioning reads, "God, I don't believe this." Second, Henry actually says it twice - the first time his mouth IS in sync with what we hear, but then he mouths under his breath "I don't believe this," again, in annoyance with the situation.
I am watching the scene right now, and his mouth really isn't in sync. In order for him to say the word "believe" (even in mumbled form), he would have to move his mouth to form the "b" sound, and he does not at that point.
Audio problem: In the beginning, you can hear the sounds of the jungle, including the laugh of a kookaburra. The problem is: The film is set in India and kookaburras are only in Australia, not India.
Audio problem: In the shot where the kids are locked in the police car, banging on the windows yelling at the policemen, their cries are muffled as if the car was totally closed up. As the camera zooms in, you can see the front driver's side window is open so the kids' voices should be much clearer.
Audio problem: When Annie says, "Did you drive up from San Francisco by the coast road?" her lips are mouthing something different. (00:17:55)
Audio problem: In the "Candyman" song near the beginning of the movie, the candy store owner is on a ladder, about to drop candy into the kids' hands. When we see the kids holding up their hands and saying, "Me. Me.", none of their mouths are actually saying anything. (00:04:00)

Audio problem: When Bud is yelling at his sister in the school hallway by her locker, she complains about girls not being happy in poodle skirts and sweater sets. When the camera's point of view switches, her mouth is still moving even though she's stopped talking. (00:37:00)
Audio problem: When the elves are marching around, listen to the footstep sounds and watch their feet. A lot of times the noise and movements don't match. This is especially apparent when the five elves who have been taking wish calls go to the transporter.
Audio problem: In the scene where Victor plays the piano for the first time in the movie, we hear him playing long, sustained notes, which obviously need to be played with a pedal down. However, he doesn't use the sustain pedal. What's more strange is, the piano does not even have a sustain pedal.
Audio problem: When Honest John tells Gideon to take notes, Gideon throws his stick aside, but there is no sound of it hitting the ground.
Audio problem: After the part where Johnny Depp finds his bookstore friend dead, he gets back in the cab. After driving for a while, he tells the cab driver to pull over to the phone booth. The cab driver says "No problem, sir," but you can see the cab driver's lips in the rear view mirror, and they are closed.

Audio problem: When Philippe climbs up to the grating in the church, a little girl talks to him, but her mouth does not move.
Audio problem: When Scott is making a distraction, he says, "Well, this show stinks." But his mouth is saying, "Well, this show sucks." Done in order to keep the G rating, I presume.
Audio problem: When Michael is caught in a traffic jam he shouts, "Will ya stop talking and fix the sewer". But if you look at the side view mirror, his mouth is not in sync with the words.
