Continuity mistake: Level 12 "Grand Theft Scratchy" cutscene: When Marge tells Poochie that even he isn't "extreme enough to resist the power of a stay-at-home mom, with too much time on her hands," Poochie is wearing two bracelets, but next shot both bracelets have vanished, then continues to reappear (even within the same shot) and disappear again.

Continuity mistake: When Rockford is with Agent Kleinhoff on the tarmac, the airplane Rockford boards has N-number N664CL, but the airplane that takes off has many more windows and a Canadian flag (it's not the 70's Air Canada logo) on its tail; then the plane in midair has N-number N953GA. Mid flight there are more discrepancies in the airplane's configuration. Finally, the airplane that lands has the original tail number N664CL. (00:06:35)

Continuity mistake: After Zeb and Matthew's visit to the Baldwin sisters, when the singing duo arrive at Godsey's store while everyone is watching, the man driving is wearing a different shirt than Zeb and is considerably younger. (00:35:05)

Continuity mistake: After the LASIK surgery Lois has bandages covering her eyes, and the pairs of crisscrossed tape switch their over-under positions within the same shot.

Continuity mistake: When Rockford first sees Christine during her photo session, in the wide shot Christine is brought a glass of wine which she holds in her right hand while the white flower is in her left hand; then the wine glass and flower switch hands in the next closeup. Continuity mistake: When Jack handcuffs Ray to the metal handrail, Ray's right wrist has the double strand bars facing up and single strand bar facing down, but when Jack tells the passengers about the gap and then uncuffs Ray before the jump, the handcuff's single strand bar is facing up on his right wrist.

Continuity mistake: Early in the morning, before Rockford heads out to the airport for a stand-by flight, when he picks up the phone receiver he holds it in his right hand, then it cuts to a closeup. This closeup presents three issues. One, Rockford is wearing a pinky ring on his right hand that doesn't exist otherwise; two, a rolodex suddenly appears beside the telephone; three, the right hand in the closeup is not holding the receiver. Continuity mistake: At the airport, there's a wheel chock wedged against the airplane's nose wheel when Chris climbs into the cockpit, and as Rockford walks away we hear Chris starting the engine, but in the next shot that wheel chock has vanished to allow Chris to steer the airplane forward, toward the taxiway. Continuity mistake: At the airport, when Chris is in the cockpit of the "blue and yellow single engine" the aircraft's N-number is N8825H, but when Chris is on his way to Oregon the airplane hits the water, and its tail number is now N4372K. (00:27:10)

Continuity mistake: While Beth and Susan are at the restaurant talking about Susan's company, in the shots facing Susan there's an ashtray beside the salt and pepper shakers, but in shots facing Beth that ashtray has vanished and in its stead are cigarettes and a lighter. (00:06:40)

A Very Special Family Guy Freakin' Christmas - S3-E16
Continuity mistake: At the mall Stewie is wearing a pair of mustard color fingerless mittens, and the problem occurs while Stewie is sitting on Santa's lap. When Stewie first mentions plutonium and being a good boy, Stewie's hands show all of his fingers which means he's mittenless, but the color of his hands is the same color as his mittens. Then, when Santa tells Stewie to wrap it up, Stewie is wearing his mustard color mittens, then his mustard color fingers return again.

Continuity mistake: After Phil eats the "horse" egg at Moe's he asks to be taken to the hospital, and when it cuts back to Homer at the power plant, the direction of the stripes on Homer's tie switch to the opposite direction, mid shot. The same thing occurs again later. First, when Homer is standing outside the office while Fred talks to Burns about the benefits package, and also when Homer can't stay for Marge's turkey breakfast. Continuity mistake: While Homer, Carl, and Lenny are at Moe's with their new bud Fred, in the interior shots the swinging front door to Moe's swings open on the left side, but in the exterior shot when they all leave Moe's, that door still swings open on the left side, opposite to the interior shots. Flux: Chapter One - The Halloween Apocalypse - S13-E1
Continuity mistake: At the very start, when Yaz says, "Oh yeah, we are totally in command," just as it begins to zoom out, the handcuff around Yaz's right wrist has the double bar facing out and her left wrist has the single bar facing out, but in following shots both handcuffs are facing the same way. Similarly, this occurs with the Doctor's handcuffs around both wrists, when the Doctor keeps trying the voice recognition. (00:00:10)

Continuity mistake: After the Robert Redford clip, when it cuts to the Griffins walking toward Doug's house, in this exterior shot (and a previous exterior shot) the front door is located between one window and the garage, but in the following interior shots there's a window on both the left and right side of the front door. Continuity mistake: After Cat Burglar steals Craig's staff at the award ceremony Silver Fist goes after Cat Burglar, and just as Silver Fist climbs up on the roof, his crossed straps become crossed the opposite way, mid shot. (00:05:50)
