Continuity mistake: When Spock shows the others the machine which must be put "in the proximity of the Companion", in the closeup Spock's left arm is up on the machine and we see the chair opposite Spock is empty. However, in the next shot Spock's right arm is up by the machine and Kirk is sitting in that chair. (00:22:10)

Continuity mistake: After the successful junkyard arrests, when it cuts to Ralph and Pam walking outside at the high school they stop at Ralph's new office. Its exterior door is white with three nameplates attached, and a brick wall perpendicular to it, but a few minutes later, while Bill and Ralph are arguing it cuts to another exterior shot of Ralph's office, and now the door is blue with one nameplate attached, and the brick wall has vanished. Continuity mistake: While Bill and Ralph drive around checking on the FBI's list of addresses, in the closeups the mirror Ralph uses for his visions is attached to the sun visor with metal clips, but each time Ralph pushes the visor back up the metal clips are gone.

Continuity mistake: When Ralph escapes from the hospital and jumps into Pam's car, we see the entire front windshield without any sun visors or rearview mirror, but two sun visors and a rearview mirror suddenly appear in the closeup, which then disappear only to reappear and disappear again. Continuity mistake: While Meredith and Izzie are in the kitchen discussing Derek, Izzie sets the freshly frosted whole chocolate cake on the counter, but when she takes a seat in the closeup there's a slice of cake already on the plate, and in following closeups the cake is either whole again or back with the cut slice. Continuity mistake: The door to Mrs. Krabappel's classroom has a window, but when Bart fakes being sick then walks out of the class (we see the desks as the door closes), the door's window has vanished, and the doorknob has switched sides as well. Additionally, earlier, when Bart deliberately falls off his chair in class, note that one of the bars on the back of his chair has gone missing. (00:07:35)

Continuity mistake: When Amy puts Gabe on the spot by asking if she's "really smokin'" for a pregnant woman, Amy strikes a pose with her water bottle in her left hand, but in the closeup the bottle is suddenly in her right hand.

Continuity mistake: When Bart fails the test despite having actually studied, we see the two red "X" marks in the center row of the multiple choice questions, but after Mrs. Krabappel passes Bart because he applied practical knowledge, when Homer hangs the test up on the fridge those two "X" marks in the center have vanished.

Continuity mistake: Bart's bedroom is on the opposite side of the stairs, with his window facing out to the backyard, but after his prayer his bedroom window is facing The Front of the house. Additionally, the style of his window changes as well, going from two horizontal sliding panes with no muntins, to a vertical sliding window with two muntins when Marge pulls the curtain back, then to a having only one muntin when Bart opens his window.

Continuity mistake: When Bart is called up to give his oral book report keep your eye on Bart's book, Treasure Island, and the direction of its binding. The book's binding should be to the left of The Front cover, which has the picture of a pirate wearing a black hat, but the binding changes to the right side (note the cover picture/title) of the cover at times, and when he mentions the publisher the book also changes how it's held by Bart. Continuity mistake: While Marge and Homer are watching the news on TV note their bed's footboard, then when Lisa angrily rushes into her parents' bedroom to confront Homer, the footboard's style is entirely different, but when Marge pulls Lisa away from Homer the footboard changes back to the original style.
