Continuity mistake: When Jenna sees herself in the mirror and topples backward over the shelf, there's a tall floor lamp directly behind the striped armchair with an ottoman. As Jenna gets to her feet, we also see there's nothing beside the armchair's arm. When Jenna's new appearance shocks her and she whispers, "What is happening?" the floor lamp has vanished, and now a small table with a plant appears beside the armchair. (00:14:20)

Visible crew/equipment: When Tooey and Eddie come over to see Wally's "really sharp" new plaid suit, the boys go upstairs to see Wally's new crazy socks. Then, just as Ward tells June the suit looks like a horse blanket, the shadow of the moving boom mic is visible at the top right corner of the screen. (00:15:20)

Visible crew/equipment: While waiting for the new young doctor to arrive, June gives Beaver the glass of orange juice and heads downstairs. When June walks back into the kitchen just as Wally and Eddie enter the back door, there are multiple curved chalk marks visible on the floor. (00:14:25)

Continuity mistake: Ward jokes about the boys having two baths in three days, being some kind of record. It then cuts to the boys sitting on the floor in the bathroom, and we can see the hamper at the right with nothing atop it, but when Wally stands up to put CJ back in the "aquarium" the tank lid is lying on the hamper. Visible crew/equipment: At the start of the finance committee meeting, when Clara walks into the office modelling the choir robe, the shadow of the boom mic is visible on the door, in the top right corner of the screen. Continuity mistake: In Uruguay, when the woman puts Christian Szell's folded shirts in the drawer, the camera pans toward the photographs on the dresser. There's an unframed photo of his brother Klaus in the closeup, but it's a different photo in the next wide shot. (00:38:25)

Continuity mistake: When the crash occurs, Klaus pulls out the key on a keychain. In the first shot, Klaus is not wearing a pinky ring on his right hand while holding the key with the round charm dangling, but in the closeup Klaus is now wearing a pinky ring on his right hand and is instead holding the keychain charm, with the key dangling. When the SIDRAT materializes, in the shot facing the door as The Doctor pokes his head out to exit, the camera turns toward the right and there's a reflection of the moving camera and the camera operator walking behind the camera, at the right side of the screen. Revealing mistake: At the start of dinner, in the wide shots we can see the table and chairs directly on the carpet. When Carol notices the leaky vase and calls for Alice, in the wide shot as Alice approaches the table, now there's plastic sheeting spread across the carpet under the table, as well some visible tubing under the table, presumably for the water stunt. Visible crew/equipment: While Sid is interrogated at the Victory, there are only four men in the room - Sid, Bud, Dudley, and Michael Breuning. After Bud finds the photos in Sid's trunk he drives off, leaving Sid alone in the room with Dudley and Michael Breuning. When Sid is lying on the floor and says, "You can uncuff me now, fellas," we can see a crew member's right hand holding something, at the right side of the screen. (01:45:10)
