Continuity mistake: When Lisa goes door-to-door with the petition, the door on Milhouse's house has two grooved panels, a tall, 12-panel window, a light fixture above the door, and there's a tree between it and the blue house next door. When Lisa sees Colin and Milhouse again near the end, some of the features of the house have changed - unrelated to the damage Springfield's homes have suffered. The door now has three grooved panels and no mail slot, the window is much shorter, and the light fixture above the door is gone, with no hole in the wall if it had been broken off. The tree between the house and the blue house next door has changed position on the grass as well. (00:09:10)

Super Grover

Continuity mistake: When Nelson punches Milhouse in the stomach, there is a hose hanging below the window attached to a spigot, and the front door has two grooved panels on it, but when the dome approaches and Milhouse swallows his inhaler, the door is flat and smooth, and the hose, its holder and spigot have vanished and been replaced with a bush.

Journey to Babel - S2-E10

Amanda: And you, Sarek, would you also say thank you to your son?
Sarek: I don't understand.
Amanda: Well, for saving your life.
Sarek: Spock acted in the only logical manner open to him. One does not thank logic, Amanda.
Amanda: Logic, logic - I'm sick to death of logic! Do you want to know how I feel about your logic?
Spock: Emotional, isn't she?
Sarek: She has always been that way.
Spock: Indeed? Why did you marry her?
Sarek: At the time, it seemed the logical thing to do.

[In sickbay]
Spock: Doctor, I think I'll return to my station now.
Dr. McCoy: You ARE at your station, Mr. Spock!
Capt. Kirk: Dr. McCoy, I believe you're enjoying all this.
Spock: Indeed, Captain. I've never seen him look so happy.
Dr. McCoy: [To Spock] Shut up!
[Kirk opens his mouth to comment, but McCoy interrupts.]
Dr. McCoy: Shh! Shh!
[Dejected, Kirk lies back.]
Dr. McCoy: [Grinning] Well, what do you know? I finally got the last word.

Trivia: This show was so procedurally accurate, that on set there was always a Technical Adviser/Technical Consultant. The Executive Producer gave the TA (who was a real fire fighter/paramedic) the power that if he watched a scene being done, and if it wasn't how LA County would have done it, he was instructed to go to the director and say, "That was done wrong, it was not how we would do it," and then back away to avoid getting into an argument with the director. If the director didn't go back and change the scene, then that director would not be on the show the next week. (From an interview with Randolph Mantooth on The Morning Blend).
