Continuity mistake: When Wally and Beaver are caring for the baby alligator in the bathroom, Beaver holds out his left index finger and it gets nipped by Captain Jack, but next shot Beaver's holding his injured right index finger. (00:11:30)

The Trouble with Templeton - S2-E9
Continuity mistake: At Freddie's speakeasy, when Laura lifts Barney's script from the table, she begins to fan herself. In the wide shot, the script's top page with corner diagonal stripes is gripped under Laura's four fingers, with the back page at her thumb. It cuts to a close-up, and now the script is gripped in Laura's hand the opposite way, with the top page at her thumb.

Continuity mistake: When waitress Genevieve (Eleen Brennan) is coming out of the kitchen, two plates on one arm, they are nearly empty. The door hits her from behind, and the plates are now filled with cheeseburgers and fries. (00:06:20)

Visible crew/equipment: When Joseph, Albert, and Jules trip over the sewing mannequin, Felix mistakes it for his wife. Then, Joseph walks back over to the desk, and the actor's tape mark is visible on the rug near Felix's feet.

Continuity mistake: When Flipper guides Rick to Bud's location, Rick carries Bud to the launch and hands him to Mr. Enfield, with Bud's head at Enfield's left arm. It cuts to the next shot, and now Bud is lying in Enfield's arms the opposite way, with his head at Enfield's right arm.

Continuity mistake: When Gordon tastes the bran cereal with soy milk and prunes, the cereal box is on the table beside the soy and regular milk containers, but when he's gagging by the sink the cereal box has vanished in the shot facing James, and then it reappears. Things on the table change position as well.

Visible crew/equipment: With fifteen minutes left before the bomb goes off, it then cuts to the Shady Rest. When Kate says, "It's as clean as I've ever seen it," the actor's white tape mark is visible on the carpet, as Uncle Joe heads to the couch to take a nap.

Other mistake: Mr. Green Runs: When Green tells Arnold he can't be himself and needs to come up with some fancy words, Arnold is wearing a "Vote Green" button. Then, just as Green says, "I gotta get outta here," Arnold's button now reads "Voet Green" with Vote misspelled.

Continuity mistake: While Morgan is driving she gets a flat tire, and in the close-up the Cadillac's license plate number is 84-I33, but in the wide shot it's 5G6-420. (00:09:20)

Visible crew/equipment: After Barney tells Andy he overheard Dr. Benson and Ellie "talking marriage" while spying on them, Andy heads over to the drugstore. Then, when Barney enters the jail cell, we can see a crew member's fingers (at the lower right edge of the bars, behind the wall) push the cell door closed. (00:19:45)

Continuity mistake: Part-Time Friends: When Arnold and Gerald get part-time jobs at the flower shop, while Mrs. Vitello explains things to them, she asks if she's going too fast, and in the next close-up, Arnold's apron vanishes, then it reappears.

Other mistake: Bio Square: While Phoebe and Stinky are telling the class about their science fair experiment, just as Phoebe shares that it was in honor of her hero, "I.P. Pavlov," watch as Stinky's eyes move off to the side of his head, then return to normal.

Continuity mistake: When Mrs. Hallet goes to retrieve the rubber seals from the cellar, she opens the trap door and the diagonal wood creates "Z" bracing; but in the next shot, as Hallet heads down the stairs, the diagonal wood cross brace is now attached to the door in the opposite direction, making a backwards "Z" bracing. None are flipped shots. (00:27:30)

Continuity mistake: At the start, before Monica and Chandler leave for their honeymoon, note the chairs around the kitchen table. When Rachel walks in to tell the couple to have a good honeymoon, the chair in front of the fridge and the chair in front of the stove have switched places.

Continuity mistake: Tony, Carmela and AJ are meeting with AJ's college tutor. Partway through the meeting AJ is asked to leave. When AJ stands up he is wearing beige coloured trousers, but as the shot changes to show him walking out the door, he is now wearing black trousers. (00:15:30)

Continuity mistake: In the scene in the pizza place, the coffee pot's handle moves around between shots, and the design changes completely. Sometimes it's round then triangular.
