Revealing mistake: While Magnum and Rick are driving to Greenberg's house, as Magnum shouts that they're not meddling, in this shot there's a bar with duct tape (device to secure side camera) over the Ferrari door beside Magnum's left arm, where the camera is located at this particular angle. Revealing mistake: When Higgins threatens to phone the police to report Linda, Lesli stands up beside Linda and asserts, "If she goes, we go," but in this shot the person wearing Linda's clothes is actually the body double, who quickly shifts her face offscreen. (00:26:30)

Revealing mistake: During the drive to Uncle Han, when Magnum asks about the vase's worth there's something with duct tape on the Ferrari door near Magnum's left shoulder, where the camera is located at this particular angle. (00:27:05)
The Case of the Red-Faced Thespian - S4-E12
Revealing mistake: When Magnum and friends are trying to figure out of the invitations mystery, the telephones on Higgins' desk are unplugged. (00:36:00)
Revealing mistake: When Danny runs away from the baseball field, the camera pans towards the left and stops while several people in the fictional Jororo army uniform storm the area on foot and jeep. But to the far left in the distance, you can spot a legit Hawaiian cop at the roadblock used to film freely in the street. (00:02:35)
Revealing mistake: Danny runs away from the game, and is chased by army people on a jeep. The two cars (the jeep and another one parked there) have fictional license plates, supposedly from Jororo, since the opening caption specified "The Jororo Islands." However when the secret service guy and the coach have caught up with him, two cars in the supposed back alley of a normal Jororo suburb have Hawaii license plates - where the series was filmed. Revealing mistake: The prince runs away from the game and into the market, where army people on jeeps chase him. They crash goods, topple carts and all sort of destruction, but the extras in the market are actually having a great time and most of them just laugh while people with automatic weapons shove them aside and spill on the ground their stuff. Two Birds of a Feather - S3-E19
Revealing mistake: Sam takes off from Van Nuys on his Super Stearman. We'll see him in Waco do all sort of acrobatics...but when he is first shown in the air right after talking with Richard Roundtree, you get a glimpse of another cockpit where the real pilot is, strapped with the safety belt that pokes in frame. Operation: Silent Night - S4-E10
Revealing mistake: When Magnum and friends sing "Silent Night" at the end, fake starry night background and dry ice clouds are perfectly discernable. (00:46:00)
Revealing mistake: The closing shot of the episode shows the lookout point platform where the suicide attempt happened...but also, below it, you can catch a glimpse of an additional platform, and a rope probably used for safety reasons as well. Needless to say, it was not featured in the dramatic shot of Holly looking down into the abyss. (00:46:55 - 00:47:40)
Revealing mistake: When the brawl in Charlie's office begins, Tom Selleck changes into his stuntman who can be seen as he quickly stands and punches a goon. (00:41:50)
Revealing mistake: During the crash through the fence, the front of the Ferrari has a mockup in the front; the left direction indicator falls off outright, but it is just broken when TC and the new two passengers take off. (00:04:40)
Revealing mistake: When Higgins KOs the main villain, two mistakes happen; first of all, the one already down for the count is buried in drums in a different way than shown before, and second and funnier, the stuntman who takes the fall from the pier is either wearing a wig or has a natural poofy head of hair - in either case, it's dry hair and not the wet thinning hair of Terence Knapp crawling out of the ocean. Revealing mistake: Higgins disposes of one of the evil dock workers by letting loose a lot of barrels, but it's very visible that the man falls on his own in the way of the barrels for that stratagem to work. (00:40:50)
Revealing mistake: A younger and more athletic stunt double for Higgins is visible in several shots of the climactic fight scene at the end of the episode; when he dodges the first punch after tossing the jewel appraiser in the water, when he gets slammed back-first against the crate, when he pulls the rope and so on. Revealing mistake: When the kidnappers drive-by ending up hitting with the car door, John Hillerman is replaced by a stunt double with hilariously fake moustaches, and Magnum is not Tom Selleck. (00:29:00)
Revealing mistake: Higgins puts on the table the newspaper clipping with the picture of Lady Wilkerson. The text underneath it speaks of a generic conference, and it's simple filler text he had no reason to keep. (00:15:45)
