Visible crew/equipment: When Johnny climbs the ladder and then picks up Sheba to carry her off the roof, the outline of the mic transmitter is visible on the back of his shirt. Additionally, as he's lifting Sheba the big dog pushes up against the front of Johnny's shirt, and we hear the crackling noises that were picked up on Johnny's hidden mic.

Then when DeSoto takes Steve's blood pressure, the outlines of both the mic transmitter and wire are also visible on the back of DeSoto's shirt.
Visible crew/equipment: While the guys are sleeping at 12:47 am, the camera moves across the dorm, and just as the camera moves past the brick wall divider beside Roy's bed, it casts a moving shadow at the top.
Visible crew/equipment: During the rescue of the unconscious boy stuck within the tree, when DeSoto climbs the ladder to begin chiseling at the tree, the outline of the mic transmitter is visible on the back of DeSoto's shirt.

Visible crew/equipment: When Chet is driving the crane at the wrecking yard, just as we hear Captain Stanley say, "Swing it in," we see Marco standing atop the cars, with the moving crane in front of Marco. The position of the camera is at the back of the pile of cars, and there is an outstretched hand at the top of the screen blocking the glare for the camera, which is tilting upwards.

Visible crew/equipment: During the rescue at the auto wrecking yard, when DeSoto says that he's going to get the backboard and the splint, the outlines of the mic transmitter and wire are visible on the back of DeSoto's shirt as he's bending over.
Answer: It is standard practice to wet down driveways so that they stand out in a long shot.
