Visible crew/equipment: When Johnny and Roy are leaning on the old fire engine talking about how it's not just some old car, and then when Johnny bends over and lays the mechanic's creeper on the ground, the outlines of the mic transmitter and wire are visible on the back of Johnny's shirt.

Then when Engine 51 rolls up to the fire, as Captain Stanley tells dispatch to send a second alarm and approach from the west, we can see the reflection of a crew member wearing a long sleeved white shirt and dark slacks, in the window behind Captain Stanley. He's still visible when Squad 51 pulls up alongside Engine 51, and also when Cap tells Engine 9 to lay duals.
Visible crew/equipment: During the structure fire, in the shot after Johnny runs up the ladder to the roof to get to Captain Harmell, a crouching crew member can be seen under the open passenger side door of Engine 17.
Visible crew/equipment: When Engine 51 gets dispatched to their first run on the new Ward LaFrance engine, Captain Stanley tells Johnny and Roy to get their gear to go with them. When the paramedics go to the closet to get the turnout coats, the bulging outlines of the mic transmitters and wires are visible on the sides of their shirts before putting on the turnouts. The outline of Johnny's mic transmitter is also visible when he first walks over to the new engine.

Visible crew/equipment: After Station 51 is dispatched to 'man trapped at the rock quarry', when Squad 51 heads through the tunnel-like passageway on the right, it cuts to a shot from behind Mike who's driving Engine 51, and just as the engine heads through the left passageway, we see Squad 51 on the right, and can also see the top of the camera and the other cameraman covered in a dark blanket at the back of Squad 51, as he shoots the footage from that angle.
Visible crew/equipment: At the rock quarry, when John is pulling up the stokes Jason is standing to his left, and just as the banister bar breaks in front of John, it's amusing to note that we can see a crew member's hand gripping the back of Randolph Mantooth's pants, at the right side of the screen.
Visible crew/equipment: When Jason prevents Johnny from falling at the rock quarry, the outline of the mic transmitter is visible on the back of Jason's shirt (left side) in the overhead shot, as he hoists Johnny onto the platform, Then just after Johnny says that they should get out of there, in the shot of Roy bending over the trapped man, the outline of the mic transmitter is visible on the back of Roy's shirt.
Visible crew/equipment: After Roy tells Jason that he has time to pop up to the orthopedic ward because it's Johnny's turn to cook, when Roy heads out receiving we can see the top of the set over treatment 1, right behind Johnny.

Visible crew/equipment: When the guy is stuck in the tree after his hang gliding accident, John ties the rope around the branch and begins to saw the branch while Roy uses that rope to slowly lower the branch. The problem is that just as the branch nears the ground, we can see the production crew's thin double lines securing the branch at the top right of the screen, and then those lines vanish when Roy joins John.

Visible crew/equipment: When Roy and Johnny are with the guy who got stuck in the tree while hang gliding, the outlines of the mic transmitters and wires are visible on the back of the victim's sweater and also the back of Johnny's shirt as he saws the branch, and then carries the victim to the Stokes.

Visible crew/equipment: When Roy and Johnny are with the man who was injured by a gunshot, Johnny goes across the street to treat the stabbing victim, and just as Johnny and the others enter the living room, the shadow of the moving boom is visible on the wall to the right.
