Kidding - S4-E17

Revealing mistake: After Station 51 is dispatched to the 'plane in trouble' it becomes a plane crash rescue and recovery, and when they pull out the pilot's body, who they said died on impact, his right hand moves to clasp his left wrist, and he also bends and moves his leg.

The Exam - S6-E7

Welcome to Santa Rosa County - S6-E10

Visible crew/equipment: After Sheriff Bittner breaks the door's window to get into the clinic, when they open the door just before they walk inside, the camera's tripod, the corner of the reflector screen, and a crew member wearing a blue/white cap are all visible through the doorway by the porch area.

Paper Work - S6-E11

Revealing mistake: At the start of the episode, when the camera zooms in on the words 'Los Angeles County Fire Station 51' which are attached to the side of the building, we can see that this shot is actually played in reverse - notice the cars/trucks behind the station are driving backwards. Additionally, note that the real 127's rig is seen in the driveway to the right. Also interesting to notice are the upper/lower metal bars which are attached to the bricks, where we can see the bars are much longer after 'Station 51', with a space for something missing, due to the fact that is was made to hold '127' on it.

Trainee - S2-E8

Roy: I think you're on some sort of an ego trip, Ed. And in my book that makes you a very dangerous character.
Ed: [Laughs.] Ego trip, huh? Well, I didn't realize that psychiatry was part of the paramedic's training.
Roy: Oh that's good, Ed, you be funny. But that isn't gonna change anything. You wanna know what I figure? Well, I figure when you were working in Vietnam, it was rough. So rough you started playing over your head. And you were making it, you were doing real good. Considering it was a combat situation. And pretty soon you started getting all blown up about how Ed Marlowe is just as good as the real doctors. And you've been living on that ever since. And the trouble is, Ed, you are good. Except for two little problems. You can't quit competing with real doctors. And you can't face being wrong. You see, those people we treat out there, I mean the people we work for, the people who pay for this whole operation, they're real people, Ed, with real problems. And they have a right to expect more than just being used by you for some sort of trip. [Completely exasperated.] I guess what I'm trying to say to you, Ed, is that in my book you're just plain unprofessional.
[Ed walks out.]
John: Do you think it did any good?
Roy: Do you?

Trivia: A plaque that honors Bob Cinader is mounted on Station 127's wall, outside beside the apparatus bay door. The plaque reads: "Robert A. Cinader's Involvement with the Los Angeles County Fire Department began in 1971 when he filmed a pilot television movie about the county's fledgling paramedic program."Emergency!" aired in 1972 and ran as a prime time show for five years with a weekly audience of 13 million people. As a result, Bob Cinader can be credited for making significant contributions to improving Emergency Medical Services. His Involvement and commitment was so intense, and his study of emergency services so thorough, he became an expert in the field. In 1975, he was appointed to the county's Emergency Medical Services Commission, where he served until his death in 1982. In recognition of his extraordinary public service, on May 28,1985, the board of supervisors voted unanimously to pay special tribute to Bob Cinader by naming Fire Station 127 in Carson, which was used in the filming of "Emergency!", in his honor." Fire Station 127 is named the Robert A. Cinader Memorial Fire Station.
