Surprise - S4-E6

Visible crew/equipment: When Johnny and Roy help Cora crawl along the ladder from the cactus patch located in a secluded area, just as Johnny tells her to take it nice and slow, the camera moves a bit too far to the left and then shifts back to the right, but not before we are able to see a crew member, equipment and a large patio-style umbrella.

Nagging Suspicion - S4-E4

Visible crew/equipment: After the sniper surrenders, Captain Stanley instructs Engines 12 and 51 to come to the rear of the building, and a few shots later the camera moves alongside Engine 12 as it's turning the corner. In this specific shot, up ahead we are able to see set lighting (including moleeno-style array lights), equipment, crew and actors (in the blue paramedic uniforms), some sitting on chairs in front of the parking attendant's booth (which was shot at by the sniper during the scene).

Nagging Suspicion - S4-E4

Continuity mistake: When Johnny and Roy are treating the officer, while hiding between the bakery truck and car, the sniper fires at them which leaves multiple bullet holes on the side of the truck. Messin' Around - S3-E15

Continuity mistake: When Johnny goes to the closet to get the mop, because he's 'latrine officer of the day', he gets hit by the phantom, and all the guys run out of the kitchen to see Johnny wet again, so when dispatch drops the tones they all head for the vehicles and Captain Stanley removes his jacket. Then next shot all the guys are running out of the kitchen, as if they were all still there, and Stanley is wearing his jacket.

Inferno - S3-E21

Other mistake: When Battalion 5 orders Copter 10 and Copter 14 to make an air drop on Jawbone Canyon, it cuts to a shot of Copter 14 taking off. This is the same shot used in S3, E6, "Snakebite", when 85's guys tank Copter 14 in order to make a water drop where the teenagers' car is on fire down below.

Snakebite - S3-E6

Continuity mistake: When Johnny is bitten by the rattlesnake he's holding the handie-talkie, but then he drops it and the HT falls to the other side of the car, as he hoists himself up against the car door. However, when he sits down on the ground he is still holding the handie-talkie.

Trainee - S2-E8

Roy: I think you're on some sort of an ego trip, Ed. And in my book that makes you a very dangerous character.
Ed: [Laughs.] Ego trip, huh? Well, I didn't realize that psychiatry was part of the paramedic's training.
Roy: Oh that's good, Ed, you be funny. But that isn't gonna change anything. You wanna know what I figure? Well, I figure when you were working in Vietnam, it was rough. So rough you started playing over your head. And you were making it, you were doing real good. Considering it was a combat situation. And pretty soon you started getting all blown up about how Ed Marlowe is just as good as the real doctors. And you've been living on that ever since. And the trouble is, Ed, you are good. Except for two little problems. You can't quit competing with real doctors. And you can't face being wrong. You see, those people we treat out there, I mean the people we work for, the people who pay for this whole operation, they're real people, Ed, with real problems. And they have a right to expect more than just being used by you for some sort of trip. [Completely exasperated.] I guess what I'm trying to say to you, Ed, is that in my book you're just plain unprofessional.
[Ed walks out.]
John: Do you think it did any good?
Roy: Do you?

The Promise - S3-E11

Trivia: During Richard's rescue from the ledge at Rampart, the snorkel that Roy and Brackett climb onto is Truck 127, from Station 127 aka Station 51. Truck 127 is used in many episodes requiring a snorkel, including 1x6, "Dealer's Wild" and 3x16, "Fools." There's a particularly nice shot at the end of this episode, when Engine 51 and Squad 51 are parked parallel to each other, and when Johnny responds to dispatch that Squad 51 is available, Truck 127 drives away between 51's vehicles. Nice touch.
