Continuity mistake: Fisher is putting a glove on his right hand when Dr Saroyan walks in. It cuts between them a few times, then we see him turning to the table to explain about the bones and neither of his hands are gloved. A short while later he turns to put on gloves - he regloves his right hand, it goes back to Dr Saroyan for a second, then back to him turning towards the table and both hands are now gloved. Continuity mistake: At the end, Booth asks what the flaw is in his reasoning. When he does he's holding up a quarter. When the shot changes his hand is now against his head. (00:39:50)
Continuity mistake: Cam points out near the start that Booth has evidence in his hair. Booth then raises his hand as if to find it and raises it up near the top of his head. When the camera cuts his hand however is near his ear. (00:07:20)
Continuity mistake: When we see Wendal and Angela in bed, Wendal has his arm up by his head in one shot and lowered in the next. (00:08:30)
Continuity mistake: Wendal says he's worried about Hodgins not knowing about him and Angela. When he does, he's stroking Angela's shoulder with his finger tips in one shot but got his whole hand on her shoulder in the next. (00:08:50)
Answer: Answering my own question here but, having contacted various people involved in the production of Bones including Kathy Reichs, Hart Hanson, Eric Milligan, and Deirdre Lovegood who portrayed Taffet onscreen I finally have the answer. No-one know how she did it due to her constantly working alone. And she never revealed this information before her death.
