The Pyramid at the End of the World - S10-E8
Revealing mistake: The Monks show the Doctor and company simulations of a future, lifeless Earth - but some visible trees reveal the origins of the footage as being from the aftermath of natural disasters. (00:24:10)
The Pyramid at the End of the World - S10-E8
Continuity mistake: While the Doctor, et al. Are in the pyramid with the Monks, when the Monk tells the Secretary General that if his consent isn't pure it will kill him, Xiaolian is standing right behind him in shots facing the Secretary General and shots facing the Monk, but in the one shot of the Secretary General as he's being vaporized Xiaolian has vanished, but Xiaolian is still standing in the same spot in the shot facing the Monk. (00:26:10)
The Pyramid at the End of the World - S10-E8
Visible crew/equipment: Right before the TARDIS materializes in the lab at Agrofuel, there's an overhead shot of Erica at the desk, and the two green tape X marks on the floor behind her are visible, precisely where Douglas had collapsed and his white protective gear should be. Note there's an earlier overhead shot of the same area before the incident, when Erica brings Douglas the coffee, and those tape marks are not there. (00:32:50)
The Pyramid at the End of the World - S10-E8
Factual error: The American officer is called a Colonel but he wears the four star rank patch of a General, and that rank patch is even upside down in some scenes. The stars should have one point upwards.
Continuity mistake: When the Doctor and Nardole are being held by the Picts in a circle of weapons being pointed at them, when Kar's brother points a knife at the Doctor and warns him not to speak until she gets back, his arm is almost fully extended in shots from above and facing the Doctor, but much more bent in shots facing him. (00:12:40)
Continuity mistake: After Nardole gets Pictish facepaint, the lines change in consistency and exact positioning several times throughout the episode.
World Enough and Time - S10-E12
Continuity mistake: After Jorj arrives on the bridge and demands to know which one of the new arrivals is human, the position of Missy's earpiece changes between shots. (00:08:05)
Continuity mistake: When Bill unwraps the mirror Alit got her and holds it up to look at her reflection, she raises it so the top of the mirror is above her shoulders, then it cuts to a close-up where the mirror is suddenly lower. (00:16:35)
Continuity mistake: When the Captain's arrival at the South Pole is first shown, walking up while Twelve is explaining to One that the frozen snow means something is very wrong with time and asking if either of them is a doctor, to which Twelve responds, "You trying to be funny?", the two Doctors are standing right next to each other. When the Captain's arrival is shown from his perspective, however, the Doctors are standing much further apart when Twelve says the line. (00:09:00)
Other mistake: After the Doctor regenerates, there's a close-up of the Thirteenth Doctor's eye with the console room reflected in it. The reflection is the same orientation as a shot from behind her immediately prior, which should not be the case. Take note of the positions of the door and time rotor in both shots. (01:00:45)
The Woman Who Fell to Earth - S11-E2
Deliberate mistake: The Doctor (Jodie Whittaker) is shown wearing the same clothes that the previous incarnation (Peter Capaldi) wore after regenerating. Peter Capaldi is 6' and Jodie Whittaker is 5'6", but the clothes fit perfectly. She even says her legs used to be longer, and yet the trousers aren't flapping around her feet.
Revealing mistake: Despite having three suns, everything on Desolation only casts one shadow.
Factual error: At the end, when the Doctor shows her companions the asteroid named for Rosa Parks, it's depicted in a dense asteroid field which looks absolutely nothing like the (very sparse) asteroid belt does in real life.
Factual error: Kandoka labour laws require companies like Kerblam! to have a minimum of 10% organic staff. The villain claims that, as a result, only 10% of humans are employed, at all. These are two completely different quantities: if 10% of the cars in one parking lot are blue, this doesn't indicate that 10% of all cars are painted blue, but that's effectively what the episode thinks. The fact that no-one else, including the Doctor, calls him on this further magnifies the mathematical error.
Flux: Chapter One - The Halloween Apocalypse - S13-E1
Continuity mistake: At the very start, when Yaz says, "Oh yeah, we are totally in command," just as it begins to zoom out, the handcuff around Yaz's right wrist has the double bar facing out and her left wrist has the single bar facing out, but in following shots both handcuffs are facing the same way. Similarly, this occurs with the Doctor's handcuffs around both wrists, when the Doctor keeps trying the voice recognition. (00:00:10)
Flux: Chapter One - The Halloween Apocalypse - S13-E1
Continuity mistake: Karvanista smashes his way into Dan's house by breaking down his door with an axe. When the Doctor and Yaz arrive after Dan's abduction, the hole in the damaged door is smaller than it was originally. (00:17:30)
Flux: Chapter Three - Once, Upon Time - S13-E3
Continuity mistake: In the previous episode Swarm put markings on Yaz and Vinder to mark them as replacement Mouri but in this episode, which takes place right after, they no longer have any markings.
Chosen answer: The Master knows that deep down, he deserves death for the crimes that he's committed throughout his life, and since he regards The Doctor as his arch-foe, he expects it to be at his hands. The fact that The Doctor is still willing to forgive him for all of his crimes hurts him more deeply than death would.
