Power - S5-E20

Continuity mistake: Near the beginning of the show, Lucy and Roxanne are in the restaurant, and as Roxanne says "so much for that theory", we can see Lucy is holding up her book/magazine in the corner of the screen, but in the next shot it is lying flat on the table.

Responsible Parties - S5-E21

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the show, when Mark and Elizabeth are playing racquetball outside, an extra wearing a top with red sleeves walks behind Mark and disappears to the left. Just then, as Mark says "Romano, he keeps stalling", we see the same extra behind Mark again, heading to the left.

Leave It to Weaver - S6-E1

Continuity mistake: When Dr. Finch is talking to Jeanie about the AIDS patient, Jeanie's stethoscope goes from being fully visible over both lapels to being only visible on the right side - without her touching it.

Last Rites - S6-E2

But when the camera is on him, he has has one hand on the counter and one arm down by his side. This happens for a few shots.

Greene with Envy (a.k.a. Lawrence of Northwestern) - S6-E3

Continuity mistake: When Dr. Lawrence is working on the ER with Mark, he gets frustrated because the tag Kerry's issued to everyone gets in his way. He asks someone to get it out of his way, and as he moves around to the other side of the table, we can see it has been pulled up around the back of his neck. As he reaches the other side, it is suddenly hanging straight down again. A short time later it is tucked up around his neck again. At no time did he adjust it.

Sins of the Fathers - S6-E4

Continuity mistake: Mark and Dave are talking about the parachutist who had just died. As Dave says, "He died before I had a chance", an extra walks by them on the right. The shot shifts to Mark, who replies, but it is 4 seconds before the extra appears again beside Mark - this should have happened in a Split Second, not 4.

Truth & Consequences - S6-E5

Continuity mistake: Near the start of the show, Dr. Dave asks the patient Jesse how he's feeling and Jesse answers, "Not so well", and then begins throwing up. By the next shot, though, there is more vomit on his shirt than could have possibly got there in such a short time.

Truth & Consequences - S6-E5

Continuity mistake: After saving Mr. Perez, Carter says "That's a nice save" to Mark, and takes his stethoscope out of his ears and wraps it around his neck. The next shot, however, from behind him, shows the stethoscope is still in his ears.

Truth & Consequences - S6-E5

Continuity mistake: When Mr. Perez pushes Carter into the window, Carter's stethoscope is around his neck with the earpieces on the right. At one point during the fight the stethoscope is around his neck with the earpieces on the left - and then returns to the other position.

The Peace of Wild Things - S6-E6

Continuity mistake: Peter is at his sister's house, in the kitchen, and they are talking about Carla. Jackie takes the dish towel off her shoulder and drapes it over a chair back and heads for the fridge. When the shot changes to her standing at the fridge, the towel is over her shoulder again. In the next shot, it's gone again.

Humpty Dumpty - S6-E7

Continuity mistake: During the opening credits, Carol is doing desk dury and says, "Hey, you're back" to Luca and her hand with a pen in it is up in the air. But when the shot changes, her hand is lying on her stomach. These alternate positions continue for a couple of shots.

How the Finch Stole Christmas - S6-E9

Continuity mistake: When Romano is operating on the heart patient Valerie, Lucy has an instrument inside the patient. The shot then changes so that we can see her face and as she says, "Dr. Romano," there is no longer anything in her hand and she is holding it up waiting for a nurse to pass her an instrument, which she takes, but then the shot goes behind her - she now has a different instrument in her hand, which is in a different position.

Doug Ross: Dr. Weaver and the sound of her own voice. A love story.

Answer: A man named Paul Sobriki comes into the ER in the season 6 episode 13 " All in the Family." He is complaining of headaches, Carter and Lucy decide to rule out meningitis and do a lumber puncture. Paul struggles during the procedure and believes that both doctors are stabbing him. Lucy, who is interested in Psych thinks something is wrong with their patient mentally, but Carter is dismissive of her. She gets cross with his attitude and she calls the psych department anyway to have a look at him. Later on and near the closing 20 minutes or so of the episode, all the staff start playing loud music and get a cake which appears to be blue lol, together to party as it's Valentines Day, Carter returns from somewhere and asks where Lucy is. He goes to check one of the rooms for her and Paul Sobriki comes up behind him in the dark and stabs him twice in the lower back, he collapses and as he falls unconscious he sees Lucy on the ground also. In the next episode, Be Still My Heart (ep 14), Dr Weaver discovers them and all of the staff work to try and save them, whilst Carter survives. Lucy's wounds are fatal and suffers a pulmonary embolism as Corday and Romano try to save her. Carter is grief stricken and feels guilty about the way he treated her, he becomes addicted to painkillers and Benton, Greene all help him and book him into rehab.

Answer: Lucy and Carter were stabbed by a patient she had suspected of having mental problems. Lucy died and Carter survived only to become addicted to painkillers.
