Revealing mistake: In the scene where the CSI team first arrive at the crime scene and Grissom is taking photos, the first photo he takes, you can see that the victim's eyelids flutter a bit and his belly is seen contracting, a clear sign of breathing.
Getting Off - S4-E16
Revealing mistake: When Sarah and Catherine are looking over the body of the dead clown, in one scene his eye flutters and in the next he distinctly takes a breath.
Dead Ringer - S4-E20
Revealing mistake: At the beginning of the episode, when Grissom notices the body and pulls over, in the close up of him you can see that the steering wheel never moves: he just moves his hand to make it look like he's pulling over.
Revealing mistake: When Warrick takes out the contents of the wallet, he removes a few 100 dollar bills. If you look carefully, you can see on the top bill it says "For Motion Picture Use Only."
Revealing mistake: Season 5 Episode 18 "Spark of Life": when they show a closeup of the badly-burned woman during her debridement, it can be seen that even though her eyebrows and hair and, in fact, 90% of her skin has been burned away, she still has long, full eyelashes.
Revealing mistake: Season 5 Episode 4X4. When Warrick and the young coroner are examining the dead woman in the RV, look closely as you can see her blink.
Revealing mistake: Willows discloses a laptop with the city's grid layout inside the welder's truck, and grabs her cell to call Grissom. Just as she presses last number, he immediately answers, without so much even a ring.
Revealing mistake: At the end of the episode when Grissom and Archie are listening to the tape from Nick's kidnapping, the screen shows the audio being played. While the audio obviously changes, the lines that sketch what the sound would "look" like don't. In order for the sounds to be different, the lines would have to change too.
A Bullet Runs Through It (Part 2) - S6-E8
Revealing mistake: When the dead Cirque de Soleil investor guy (the one that bled out in Super Dave's body bags) is on the exam table, you can see him breathe twice, despite that his stomach and ribs are cut way open for Doc Robbins autopsy.

Revealing mistake: As the phone number 702-555-0192 is supposedly dialed, you can hear in the sound overlay that the last two digits dialed on the touchtone keypad were the same two digits. Then it shows a close-up of the cell phone dialing the above number.

Revealing mistake: Grissom and Brass enter the darkened apt. and Grissom spots another doll figurine on the book shelf as Brass takes notice of the dead guy on the bathroom floor. Revealing mistake: When Nick is in the shed in the desert, sunlight is coming in through hundreds of holes in the walls and roof. Since the sun is in one spot, all beams of light should be in the general same direction. In this scene they come from at least 5 different directions, with some originating from a light source very close to the outer wall (causing beams in a radial pattern).
Shock Waves - S11-E1
Revealing mistake: When the bomber is shot in front of the store, he is standing in front of a shop window. It's highly unlikely that the window wouldn't get hit and shatter.
