Continuity mistake: In the final hospital scene, after Ben and Samantha leave, the nurse goes over to talk with a patient in the background. The nurse is just talking to the patient, then we see Michael rip off his oxygen tube and get up. Then we see a shot of the nurse again and he is washing the patient with a sponge of some sort. The nurse then approaches Michael. Then we see a shot of the patient again and the sponge is nowhere to be found.

Continuity mistake: When the customer who likes Lord of the Rings comes in, keep an eye on the top of the cash register he and Elias are at. The cows on top disappear and reappear throughout the scene.

Trivia: In the room with the razor blade box, if you look at the top of the frame, you can see a lock with a key in it. If the actress walked a few feet further, she could've unlocked the box and gotten the syringe. Obviously this would've defeated the purpose of her dying, but interesting to point out. Factual error: In Kiss-Kiss,Bye-Bye, Stokes and Brown are watching surveillance footage when a Trans-Am pulls up on screen. They are able to get the license plate number and when they pull it up, the computer says it is a 1978 Trans Am. When looking at the rear end of the car on screen, it is from a 1979-1982 model where the licence plate was placed on the rear bumper. The 1978 model had the license plate mounted between the taillights.

Other mistake: Stokes tells "Michaelangelo" he is looking for a blue Honda, blue rims, blue tint. The picture Michaelangelo shows Stokes and Willows is an Acura RSX, not a blue Honda. (Note: The red Honda that the victim was driving is not the one that Stokes is looking for.) Just because the two car brands are owned by the same parent company does not mean that they are interchangeable when describing them. You certainly couldn't call a Cadillac a GM and not be considered wrong even though they are both made by the same parent company (GM).

Continuity mistake: During the scene with the family in the living room and Claudia and Lily are sitting on the covered couch, the sheet falls off the top of the couch. In subsequent shots the sheet falls off and goes back on the top through the whole scene.

Revealing mistake: When Warrick takes out the contents of the wallet, he removes a few 100 dollar bills. If you look carefully, you can see on the top bill it says "For Motion Picture Use Only."

Continuity mistake: The papers on the desk constantly change position during the Thurman/Broderick dance. After Thurman brushes them onto the floor, their position changes in different shots as well.

Continuity mistake: In the beginning, when Broderick and Lane are introduced, many things on the desk move between shots, especially Broderick's eyeglasses.

Continuity mistake: At the fountain, during the close up of Lane, you can see a couple sit on the fountain in the background. The next shot is an aerial shot and you can see the couple just start to sit. Then another closeup of Lane, and they are sitting again.
