Continuity mistake: When Justin Bieber gets shot, we see him from the back as he falls back, and his left hand is flailing around with no gun in it. We then cut to him from the front falling backwards, and he's holding the gun in his left hand the whole way down to the ground.
A Kiss Before Frying - S11-E12
Continuity mistake: Near the end when Greg meets Rita at the bus station, she puts her arms around his neck. The next shot from the front shows her arms and hands on Greg's chest. Rita's arm/hand position changes continually throughout the scene.
Blood Moon - S11-E3
Continuity mistake: When Nick is talking to Catherine about what happened at the night of the murder he folds his arms. In the next show they are unfolded. Although you can't see his arms entirely, it becomes clear from the position of his shoulders and the wrinkle in the middle of his shirt that instantly disappears.
Hitting for the Cycle - S11-E18
Continuity mistake: Series 11, Episode 18, "Hitting for the Cycle": At the very beginning of the episode they are talking about the cycle while looking at the board. The three main ones, Suicide, Accidental and Homicide, are together on cards with a space above and then two more cards. The scene then goes out to show the CSIs again, and there are now four cards grouped together on the board.
Turn On, Tune In, Drop Dead - S11-E16
Revealing mistake: When David Phillips (assistant medical examiner) answers his phone in the morgue, you can see the 'lock screen' on his iPhone. It flashes for several moments then goes on sleep mode.

Continuity mistake: Watch the back angle of McCann getting shot. His gun disappears only to reappear in the front angle.

Other mistake: In the shot right after Stokes shoots McCann you can see that Stokes' SW99 has jammed, with a casing sticking out of the chamber.
Shock Waves - S11-E1
Character mistake: When Sarah enters the lab with the bagged microchip, she tells Greg and the other CSI that she got it from Doc Robbins, when it was Super Dave who'd found it during autopsy.
Suggested correction: Sarah is standing beside Dr. Robbins when he finds the SIM card within what's left of Officer Clark's chest cavity, during autopsy (timecode 00:19:35). Dave wasn't even near Clark, he was with the corpses of Officers Morales and Hooper.
Shock Waves - S11-E1
Revealing mistake: When the bomber is shot in front of the store, he is standing in front of a shop window. It's highly unlikely that the window wouldn't get hit and shatter. The cops fire at least a couple of dozen rounds, and magically they all hit the body, nobody misses in the heat of the moment, and no bullets exit the body from the back.
Continuity mistake: Season 11 - Episode 20 "Father of the Bride." As the doctor's wife is sitting talking with Nick about Vegas being the fugitive capitol of the world, watch her hands. At first they are spread far apart on the table. The shot changes and they are suddenly crossed in front of her.
