The Thin White Line (1) - S3-E1
Other mistake: During the scene at the rehab clinic when Brian is jogging, Peter asks if he wants to go "mess with the pregnant teens across the lake." Brian says no because "Group therapy, two o'clock." However, the sky looks as if the sun is about to rise or just set. The time cannot be anywhere close to 2:00, neither AM nor PM.

Factual error: Brian is sitting on the couch smoking weed. Joe knocks on the door and Brian just waves the smoke from the air. Joe is there to give Brian a drug test and says nothing about smelling weed in the air. There's no possible way he didn't smell it! You can't just wave your hand and get rid of the smell.

The Courtship of Stewie's Father - S4-E16
Character mistake: Lois takes a basket of clothes downstairs to wash them. But she puts them in the dryer instead of the washer.
Continuity mistake: In the episode with Peter dating a girl with a black hand, in one scene, we see Peter with the girl. After Peter leaves in the 3rd shot, the black on her right hand now appears on her left hand.
Factual error: When Lois, Meg, and Chris go to the stage show on the West End, "theater" is spelled with the Americanism "-er" instead of the UK spelling "-re."
