Continuity mistake: When Stewie and Brian put out the presents in the first house, there is a plate with three cookies on behind them. But when Brian goes to eat the cookie, there is only one cookie there and no plate. (00:33:20)

Continuity mistake: When Brian is crashing his car in Canada, a tyre smashes through his window. At no point does Brian take out the tyre, but when Stewie and Brian get in the car to go to the North Pole, there is no sign of any tyre whatsoever. (00:14:10 - 00:15:50)
Continuity mistake: When Stewie is playing golf at the top of the stairs before attacking Brian, the layout of the upstairs floor changes quite radically between shots. First Stewie is playing golf with the stairway behind him. Then when Brian puts on the disguise and walks past, there's suddenly a wall behind Stewie. Brian walks off to the left and Stewie begins to chase him that way, but in the next shot Stewie is chasing Brian off to the right. In that same shot you can see that Stewie is running away from the stairs, but in the next shot, without changing direction, he pushes Brian down the stairs, which mysteriously have appeared in front of him.
Continuity mistake: During the scene where the Griffins have Tom Brady over for dinner, when we first see the establishing shot of everyone at the table, Chris is sitting with an empty chair between him and Tom. However, when he asks if he can call him Tom along with Lois and Meg, he is sitting right next to Tom, with no empty chair between the two.
Revealing mistake: When the candy tree eats the kid, the kid appears mid-screen.
Death Lives - S3-E6
Continuity mistake: Death changes colour from white to yellow to white constantly.
Continuity mistake: During the meeting at the end, there are 13 Generals standing behind Adam West. In every other shot afterwards, they are standing behind Peter or Joe. (00:20:35)
Continuity mistake: The number of beers in the first crate when Lois refuses to drink them changes. It goes from 11 with Peter having one, to 12 With Peter and Lois having one. (00:03:35)
Continuity mistake: When Peter and Lois are talking about touring the brewery, the crates of beer on the floor move instantly. (00:03:30)
Continuity mistake: When Peter falls over, the ticket changes place instantly. Note the cracks in the path. (00:08:00)
Not All Dogs Go to Heaven - S7-E11
Continuity mistake: While Meg is at the kitchen table telling the family about her new life with God, you will notice that Brian is sitting to the right of her. As she starts to ask that everyone hold hands, take notice that Brian is not in that chair and that Brian's plate and utensils are moved closer to Meg. As the shot pans out, Brian is back in that chair.
Continuity mistake: When Peter and Brian are drinking all the beers, Peter picks up a beer. In the next shot it is open and he had no time to remove the cap.
Boys Do Cry - S5-E15
Continuity mistake: When Jake plays the piano the music on the sheet changes. Notice the big gap on the sheet which gets smaller. I know the sheet is changed, but the gap still changes.
Continuity mistake: When Peter shocks Chris he is right next to him. In the next shot Peter is further away from Chris. (00:04:50)
Continuity mistake: After Peter laughs about Charles Dickens, he changes position between shots. (00:15:25)
Continuity mistake: Just after Meg is payed out for never having done 'toad', she changes position between shots. (00:12:15)
Continuity mistake: Just before Lois suggests they toilet train Stewie, she and Peter move considerably between shots. (00:03:55)
Continuity mistake: Just before Adam West opens the trapdoor under Peter, Peter moves further away from the deck between shots. (00:07:20)
There's Something About Paulie - S2-E16
Continuity mistake: Just before Paulie moons the sky, he and Peter change position between shots. (00:11:00)
Answer: Mort is Jewish, and Walt Disney was said to be antisemitic. So it would make sense in a Disney universe all the inhabitants would share his supposed beliefs.
