Stewie, Chris & Brian's Excellent Adventure - S13-E7
Plot hole: When it is revealed that Chris's teacher was never born, Teacher Doug introduces himself, despite the fact that if Chris's teacher was never born, Doug would already have been teacher for the entire year, and therefore all of the students should know him and he would not have to introduce himself.
Yug Ylimaf - S11-E4
Deliberate mistake: The time machine reverting causes everything in life to go backwards. However, although the characters' actions are reversed, their dialogue is always spoken forwards and not backwards. (00:08:00)
Continuity mistake: After Conway Twitty finishes his song, the scene cuts back to Perter and his family at the kitchen table. Take notice that Lois is sitting next to the back door, and Brian is sitting next to the kitchen sink and window. Keep an eye on that kitchen sink, window and door, because it will be replaced by a yellow wall with the telephone now being closer to Lois. Later as Lois, Brian and Peter are discussing OJ Simpson, the sink, widow and door return.
Continuity mistake: When we first see the English family at the airport, the girl in red is carrying a blue pack, but in the next shot, she is carrying a doll. (00:05:30)
If I'm Dyin' I'm Lyin' - S2-E9
Continuity mistake: In the scene that parodies "Good Times" and the "JJ" character says the infamous line "Dy-NO-Mite!" as he comes home, his mother has a coffee mug but his father doesn't. In the next shot, they both have mugs.
Ready, Willing, and Disabled - S3-E15

Peterotica - S4-E24
Continuity mistake: When Peter is reading Lois his erotica in bed, the size of his paper changes just after he says "his really cool spaceship".
The Kiss Seen Around the World - S3-E8
Continuity mistake: On this episode, Neil's father says that his and Miriel's first kiss was in high school. But, later in "Stuck Together, Torn Apart", Miriel states that Neil made a dating video to meet her. In the video he is a grown man.
Chitty Chitty Death Bang - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: When Stewie comes in when the Griffin family is talking about Cheesy Charlies, his head and body are way out of proportion. He is right next to the rug where the family is sitting, yet he is about twice his usual size. (00:01:50)
Continuity mistake: As Brian is saying "OK, you know what, fine, you are a genius", the glass of water disappears. (00:05:55)
Continuity mistake: When Meg is looking through her magazine in one shot there are just some adverts, but in the next shot there is a full page picture of someone. (00:01:20)
If I'm Dyin' I'm Lyin' - S2-E9
Continuity mistake: When Peter, Anne Frank, and a group of people (presumably Anne Frank's family) are hiding from the Nazis, Anne Frank and her family look over to discover Peter munching crisps. In the next shot, Anne Frank's family look somewhat different, in fact they are a different group of people entirely. (00:06:40)
If I'm Dyin' I'm Lyin' - S2-E9
Revealing mistake: When one of the Gumbels is holding a pencil in his mouth and nodding repeatedly, the shaft of the pencil moves with his mouth, but the tip of the pencil (protruding from his hand) stays still. (00:17:35)
Other mistake: In the scene where Einstein is stealing Smith's theory, when Einstein pulls the metal bars down, they should land on Smith's head, but Smith inexplicably moves forward and the bars land on his back.
He's Too Sexy for His Fat - S2-E17
Revealing mistake: When Peter is in the grocery store talking to the Beautiful Peoples Club member, at one point Peter tilts his head, and his glasses disappear.
Stuck Together, Torn Apart - S3-E19
Continuity mistake: When Peter goes to see his ex-girlfriend, she says she never washed her hand and takes off her right glove to show a black hand. It is like this right up until Peter leaves. She then turns around and the hands have switched colours. (00:10:00)
Continuity mistake: The length of the antennae on the remote control on the back of Chris's head constantly changes between shots.
From Method to Madness - S3-E18
Continuity mistake: In Stewie's first acting class, the chairs all the children are sitting on are blue but after Stewie has done his scene and he is talking to Olivia about her comment, the chairs are orange. (00:06:20 - 00:08:20)
Continuity mistake: After Peter says "Let him answer, Lois", he gets a lot closer to Dave between shots. (00:11:05)
If I'm Dyin' I'm Lyin' - S2-E9
Continuity mistake: When Peter says "There's gotta be an explanation for all this" the background is mirrored. (00:20:10)
Answer: Lacey Chabert was the actress who originally voiced Meg in early episodes. She left of her own accord due to being in school and other acting work; Seth MacFarlane has stated there was no tension with her leaving, but it makes for a handy joke for the show.
