Audio problem: When Homer is putting Christmas lights around the outside of the house, he falls from the roof. You can then hear Lisa and Bart sarcastically clap. But you can see they both have their hands by their side, and no-one is clapping. (00:04:55)

Audio problem: Just after Mr Smithers says "...so that we have the energy to from your favourite video game to yummy cotton candy machines", all the children start clapping but the sound of clapping starts BEFORE they start clapping. (00:05:05)
There's No Disgrace Like Home - S1-E4
Audio problem: When Marge gets drunk at the picnic, she falls on Homer while saying "Homie, did you try the punch?", her lips don't move. (00:06:20)
Audio problem: When Grandpa Simpson is typewriting a letter in his room, the words he's spelling out loud don't match his fingers hitting the keys.
Audio problem: When Jimbo says "Yeah come on Bart" his mouth doesn't move to start with and then makes weird motions rather than mouthing words. (00:09:45)
Audio problem: When Lenny introduces Princess Kashmir, his mouth is open without moving when he says "presenting", and when he says "Princess Kashmir", his mouth only moves when he says "Princess", but is closed when he says "Kashmir." (00:07:50)
Audio problem: When princess Kashmere is introduced, we hear Homer laughing, however we see him eating and not opening his mouth. (00:08:00)
Audio problem: During the party, when Princess Kashmir asks Homer to dance, her mouth doesn't move. (00:08:10)
Audio problem: Both Lenny and Carl's voices are wrong. At one point Carl's voice is higher pitched, and Lenny keeps speaking like Moe, or like a voice we haven't heard before.
Audio problem: When Bart calls Milhouse to get the answers to the history test from him, Milhouses voice sounds a lot different from his usual voice. It sounds more like Mrs. Krapabbel's voice. (00:08:30)
Audio problem: When Bart is attempting to skate over Homer's car with his friends watching, Milhouse says 'You're crazy Bart.' but his mouth never moves. (00:10:55)
Audio problem: At the gorge, Nelson says, "Where is he? I thought he said noon!" But Milhouse's mouth is also accidentally lip synced to Nelson's dialogue.
One Fish, Two Fish, Blowfish, Blue Fish - S2-E11
Audio problem: In this episode Homer makes a tape for Maggie because he believes that he is going to die. However the speech is terribly out of sync with Homer's mouth movements.
Audio problem: When Patty says "Marry me Patty?" while reading Skinner's message, her mouth doesn't move.
Oh, Brother, Where Are Thou? - S2-E15
Audio problem: When Homer is praying, he finishes the prayer by saying, "Amen," but his mouth doesn't move when he says it.
Audio problem: When Bart's dog is chewing on the TV remote, one of the shots on it is of "I Can't Believe They Invented It." with Troy McClure as the host. This is exactly the same shot from "Homer vs Lisa and the 8th Commandment". You can tell because Troy's voice is different. The lip sync is also out, revealing that the line "As an actor, my eyeballs need to look their whitest" is dubbed in.
Audio problem: After the donut delivery guy asks Carl why all the donuts are piling up, Carl responds with Lenny's voice.
Three Men and a Comic Book - S2-E21
Audio problem: When Homer offers to take the family to Krusty Burger, Lisa is heard cheering, even though her mouth is closed.
Blood Feud - S2-E22
Audio problem: When Homer is kicking the postbox, Barney says something like "Fight the power" but his mouth never moves.
