Other mistake: In this episode, Smithers' skin is brown, however in future episodes, his skin is yellow. (00:05:00)
There's No Disgrace Like Home - S1-E4
Other mistake: When Homer is at Moe's, there is a boxing match happening on TV. There is a bald guy who is getting considerably battered by the opponent and gets knocked out, and then for some absurd reason he is victoriously standing and smiling as if he had won.
Other mistake: After Ugolin (one of the French men looking after Bart) has taken Bart to the Chateau Maison, Cesar and Ugolin speak. (they aren't visible in this shot) Ugolin says "Escape is impossible", but the subtitles say that Cesar says it and vice versa for when Cesar actually speaks.
Other mistake: Apu already knew Homer because in the flashback episode, Homer's Barbershop Quartet, they were in a band. However, in the scene where Homer enters the Quick-E-Mart, Apu refers to Homer as steady customer as if he didn't know him.
Other mistake: When Bart enters the school bus at the day of history test, we see close-up of his "Early American History" book open about in the middle, on the page saying "Chapter 1". (00:06:10)
Other mistake: When The Town is singing the Christmas carol you can see Sideshow Bob, who was arrested and jailed in series 1. We know he hasn't been released, as that's a plot point over the show. (00:18:10)
Other mistake: When Homer is giving people tartar sauce at the cafeteria, he says "plenty for everybody" with his mouth closed at the end of him saying it. However the photo in the newspaper is shown with his mouth open. Also, for the last part of "everybody" his mouth doesn't move.
Other mistake: In the DVD booklet, two errors are made for this episode. The booklet says Homer accuses Bart of ruining Thanksgiving and Bart was jealous of Lisa's centre piece. These are both incorrect: First, it wasn't Homer who accused Bart of ruining Thanksgiving, it was Marge who accused Bart of ruining Thanksgiving and second, at no point throughout the episode was Bart ever jealous of Lisa's centre piece.
Other mistake: While Kent Brockman says "This reporter smells another local Emmy" after he gets back into his van, his face is drawn incorrectly.
Other mistake: After the boxing match, the boys start "boo-ing" to the TV, and for a few frames Lewis goes from black to yellow, then to black, causing a flashing effect. (00:02:45)
Bart Gets Hit By a Car - S2-E10
Other mistake: When Marge is being questioned, before she says 'If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all', there is a shot over her shoulder looking at the blue haired lawyer. Not only is he (the lawyer) there directly in front of her, but he is also sitting on the bench with Burns. In all other shots his chair is empty as it should be.
Other mistake: While Homer is in Lisa's bedroom trying to make things right with her, there are three pictures taped to Lisa's mirror. After Homer tells her the music may help, in the next shot Homer walks over to stand behind Lisa. Those pictures taped to Lisa's mirror are weirdly behind Homer's reflection, as if the pictures are taped to the wall behind Homer. Three shots later, when Homer tells Lisa he can fix the dollhouse, his reflection is accurate in relation to those three pictures taped to the mirror. (00:19:20)
Other mistake: There are two mistakes when Bart calls the Krusty Hotline: 1, The cereal box says the phone number is '1-909-O-U-KLOWN.' Bart presses eight buttons on the phone. 2, as he is dialing, you can HEAR seven buttons being pressed. (00:01:45)
Mr. Lisa Goes to Washington - S3-E2
Other mistake: The first time we see all three children staring at the TV, the interior of the Simpson house seems different. (00:02:30)
Other mistake: When Bart sees that Santa's Little Helper ate his homework, and the camera moves really fast, you can see that the Krusty Doll and picture frame have vanished from the desk beside his bed. (00:00:55 - 00:01:50)
Other mistake: When the wheel falls off Bart's skateboard, in the shot where he curves left sharply, you don't see the school in the background. How could he be at the social club if he just left school? (00:05:20)
Other mistake: When the family are having dinner and Homer has a beer, the can is grey instead of the usual red. This is rectified a few seconds later. (00:14:00)
Like Father, Like Klown - S3-E6
Other mistake: When Krusty dials '1-909-SEX-CHAT,' he presses '90190' on the phone. (00:03:50)
Like Father, Like Klown - S3-E6
Other mistake: When Krusty leaves the Simpsons, The Front door is just an empty space missing all the details. (00:11:20)
Like Father, Like Klown - S3-E6
Other mistake: At the very end, when Krusty's father throws the pie in his face, the food instantly comes off his face. (00:21:40)
Suggested correction: Maybe he was allowed to participate due to good behavior. That's a possibility.
Rubbish. He is denied parole numerous times and shown to be a high risk prisoner.

Good behavior or not, a prison wouldn't furlough an inmate just so they could participate in a snow day.

I'm not sure if it's been discussed here or listed as a mistake. Part of the problem with "The Simpsons" and the Sideshow Bob character is that time both moves forward and doesn't move. In "A Brother From Another Series," Krusty visits the prison and tells Bob he hasn't seen him in years because Bob had been in prison all those years for his crimes. Yet Bart and Lisa are still the same age and in the same grade. Bob is also let out of prison on a work-release program in the episode.
