Plot hole: When the Simpsons run away from the duel, they go to Homer's childhood farmhouse. But Homer and Grandpa burned the farmhouse down in the episode "Grandpa vs. Sexual Inadequacy".
Continuity mistake: When Millhouse is being chased outside by a sun ray, the ray burns the pavement. It then turns around, and the pavement is now no longer burned. (00:01:40)
Guess Who's Coming to Criticize Dinner - S11-E3
Continuity mistake: When all the people who are plotting to murder Homer are talking about the reviews Homer had given them, Akira says, "So why did you put yours in the window?" and you see the review. At the end of that scene, when they are all laughing, you see the building they are in, and it has nothing in the window.
Kill the Alligator and Run - S11-E19
Continuity mistake: When Homer beats the train they are on a road, but then another train comes by and hits them right where the road was.
Revealing mistake: When Homer is giving Marge, Lisa and Bart money, Homer puts his hand on Bart's shoulder and whispers 'Mel's movie really stinks'. When he lets go of Bart to say this, he leaves his fingers on Bart's shoulder, but he still has fingers on his hand.
It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad Marge - S11-E21
Other mistake: When the kids are holding the video cameras, there is no strap to keep their hands on the camera, so it looks like their hands are glued to the side.
Other mistake: When the Simpsons' drives the electaurus off the edge of the harbour, it is shown that The Front of the car goes downwards. When it cuts to the interior view with the Simpsons' screaming, the view from the back window is tilting down, suggesting the rear is going down and The Front coming up. But in the next shot the car is seen in the water with The Front down.
Tree House of Horror X - S11-E4
Continuity mistake: The broken railing in front of Lucy Lawless returns to normal when the shot changes after the Collector lands on the computer.
Continuity mistake: In the scene after Homer and Apu rescues the babies, Maggie is first seen wearing a bow. Then, when she's next seen, it's gone. When we see her one more time, the bow is back.
Days of Wine and D'Oh'ses - S11-E18
Continuity mistake: When Moe tells Homer to sit on Barney's seat in front of the beer tap, Homer is sitting on a stool next to it. Homer suddenly switches seats between shots and the other seat disappears.
Continuity mistake: In the beginning, at the hospital, Maggie's bow changes from red to blue when Marge says "Why are you doing that?"
Tree House of Horror X - S11-E4
Continuity mistake: In "Desperately Xeeking Xena", as Lucy Lawless grabs the lips of the Collector, you can see a big "C" on the back of his cape. After she has thrown him across the room and he gets up, the "C" is gone. It reappears later in the fight.
It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad Marge - S11-E21
Continuity mistake: When Otto meets Becky at 'Der Crazy Kraut', there are a lot of children in the bus windows. However, just before he gives her the ring, the kids have now vanished.
Continuity mistake: During the concert at Nelson's club, when the amplifier makes a terrible sound and everyone covers their ears, you can see that old Carl (sitting with Lenny) is pictured white. I mean, yellow. (He's supposed to be black.)
Pygmoelian - S11-E16
Continuity mistake: When Moe is reading the script there are no pink pages in the book, but when the director says "pink pages are dreams" they show pink pages that weren't there before.
Saddlesore Galactica - S11-E13
Continuity mistake: During the BTO concert, whenever the camera focuses on the crowd, the Simpson family is seen at The Front of the crowd. When the camera focuses on the stage, the Simpsons are at the very back of the crowd.
Days of Wine and D'Oh'ses - S11-E18
Continuity mistake: The police car door doesn't appear on Barney's arm until they watch the video.
Continuity mistake: The "dummy" in the episode changes consistently from a real character to a dummy sometimes. When Mel jumps into the vehicle in the museum the "dummy" moves aside. When Mel shoves it out of the way, it stays in one rigid position as if it is a dummy. During the chase, the "dummy" falls on the car behind and its facial expression changes. But when one of the guys from THAT car (not the one Mel was in) goes to the dummy, its head is ripped off and you can see that it is stuffed.

Continuity mistake: When The Simpsons go home they find the words 'I know what You Did' on their door, written in blood. Then another shot after, you can see the door with nothing on it.
