Visible crew/equipment: After rescuing the injured man from the burning theater, when Roy and John are on the roof getting the stokes with the victim onto 36's snorkel, we can see a crew member's arm/hand, wearing a white patterned long sleeve shirt, standing at the right side of the screen.

Other mistake: When dispatched to the fire in the theater, the companies called are Station 51, Engine 85, and Station 36, but at the scene of the fire we see Engine 9 roll up and also see firemen with 19 on their helmets. These are shots from previous episodes including 3x7, "Promotion", when Roy and John rescue the security guard at the structure fire.

Continuity mistake: When John shows Chet the card with the address that Daisy gave him, Chet quickly takes John's pen to write the address, and when John grabs his pen back he quickly and unsuccessfully tries to put the pen back in his shirt pocket, but in the next shot the pen's in his pocket.

Continuity mistake: When John and Roy are with the little boy in respiratory arrest, while John uses the Ambu bag his watch reads 12:15, then he informs Rampart that they have O2 on the boy and goes back to the Ambu bag, and now his watch reads 12:25, though it's only been a minute.

Visible crew/equipment: When Brackett walks out of his office, Betty walks over to him and asks if it's okay to go to Dixie for help with the nurses' scheduling problem, and the bulging outline of the mic transmitter is visible on the back of her uniform, directly under its zipper.

Visible crew/equipment: When deciding how to rescue Cora from the middle of the cactus patch, Mike parks Engine 51 at the side of the road, beside the hill with the cactus. During the rescue there are closeups of Cora's husband standing beside Engine 51, and we see other things reflected on the engine instead of just the side of the hill. Additionally, his position in the closeups differs from where he stands in the wideshots.

Other mistake: At the scene of the vehicle accident, with a raging fire going on, the Chief communicates over the HT with Copter 10, and when Copter 10 arrives and makes the water drop, it is actually Copter 14 we see in all the shots.

Visible crew/equipment: When the guys are at the scene of the vehicle accident, after Roy asks Captain Stanley and Captain of 69 to assist the man to the top of the hill, the reflection of the array lighting is visible on the side of Engine 51 as Mike works the engine's pump panel.

Other mistake: After Station 51 is dispatched to the 'vehicle accident with injuries', in the exterior shot as the squad and engine roll out, we can see the real Station 127's vehicle is still parked inside the apparatus bay, near the rear bay door.

Continuity mistake: When Station 51 is dispatched to 'vehicle accident with injuries', Roy is in the locker room still getting into his uniform with his shirt untucked and belt undone when re runs into the apparatus bay, but in the next overhead shot Roy's uniform is on properly.

Continuity mistake: Roy and Joanne are going to be on a TV quiz show. When the guys are eating soup and sandwiches, Captain Stanley asks Roy, "You nervous about being on the tube tonight?" However, Roy didn't do the quiz show that night, because later we see they're on their next shift, and Roy is getting into his uniform when Johnny says "Tonight's the big night," and Roy tells him that Dwyer will do the rest of his shift when he leaves early.

Continuity mistake: When Chet and John are by the sink talking about Chet's appearance on the news, in the reflection we can see the three lockers behind Chet, and in the next shot the door of the fourth locker is wide open, blocking the third locker, and we can see that it's open because of the poster that's taped to the inside of the fourth locker's door.

Revealing mistake: When Johnny climbs up to the roof to get Sheba down, Johnny has two long shadows, one from the sun and one from the set lighting.

Audio problem: At the start of the episode, while Johnny's mopping and Roy's fidgeting with the resuscitator, during their conversation, in the background we hear Captain Stanley talking to the other guys in the kitchen. The key words we hear Cap say are, "New problem location in our area...Molded products...Cardboard cartons...Two rows, aisles in between, up to 8 ft high...Bottoms get soaked." Then we hear Cap repeat, "New problem locations in our area," and continues, "1806 North Oak," and we hear all the guys laugh, though nothing's funny. Captain Stanley's dialogue is from 2x1, "Problem," at the start of that episode.

Continuity mistake: After loading the officer with the gunshot wound onto the ambulance, en route to Rampart when Johnny is checking the wound, Johnny's watch reads 11:10, but when he's adjusting the mask and the resuscitator regulator, his watch reads 11:55.

Other mistake: When John, Roy, and Vince grab the officer who was shot by the sniper and make a run for it, as they duck behind the car, right behind them we can see a city bus just driving on by the lot, directly in the sniper's line of fire, even though that area's supposedly closed off with heavy police presence.

Continuity mistake: After the sniper throws the rifle out the window, Captain Stanley gives the orders over the HT to Engine 12, Truck 23 and Engine 23, and the next few shots of the rigs are from previous episodes including 3x7, "Promotion", when Roy and John rescue the security guard at the structure fire.

Audio problem: After the sniper throws down the rifle, we see Captain Stanley start talking to Chet and Marco, though at first we don't hear anything, we then hear, "Put on your air masks, " but that is not Captain Stanley's voice we hear. Oddly enough, to me it sounds like John's voice. Have a listen.

Audio problem: When Roy and Johnny are with the sick dancer at the bar, Roy asks her if she's had anything to drink, and when we hear her say, "No, believe it or not, I don't drink at all, " her mouth says something else.

Continuity mistake: When John is in the lion's pit with the injured photographer, as he's loading her into the stokes his watch reads 3:40, but after they lift the stokes, when he's on the Biophone with Rampart his watch reads 12:15.
