Continuity mistake: When Peppa and her family walk out their house to find Mr. Dinosaur, George is smiling. When Peppa and family arrive in front of the tree, George is frowning. (00:03:46)

Peppa Pig (2004)
Suggested correction: In the shot after the family walks out of the house, it takes about 7 seconds for George and the two parents to come into the shot. There is absolutely no doubt that they had enough time to change their facial expressions.

The Iron Giant (1999)
Continuity mistake: When the Iron Giant and Hogarth meet for the second time, they both sit down, and you can see that both the Giant's hands are flat on the floor. Then, the Giant produces the electricity shut off switch from one of his hands even though both his hands were previously empty.
Suggested correction: When the Giant crouches down to Hogarth, his right hand is in a fist, and it stays that way as he is sitting down. The switch was absolutely in his hand the whole time.

Dexter's Laboratory (1996)
Plot hole: Didn't Dexter ever notice the giant fire pit in the ant farm?
Suggested correction: This is more of a question than a mistake. (To be fair, I don't think questions were a feature yet back when this was posted.) No, he didn't. He only noticed the fire pit (and the colosseum) when he was inside the ant farm. It most likely just wasn't visible to him from the outside, or it was too small for him to see it.

Hey Arnold! (1996)
The High Life / Best Friends - S2-E10
Deliberate mistake: In "The High Life", there is a scene where Stinky submerges his head in a tank of water. He delivers the line, "Gee willickers, it's still ticking", and everyone somehow understands what he is saying with his head underwater.
Suggested correction: Nobody responds to what Stinky says, so there's no reason to assume that everyone understood him.

Shrek 2 (2004)
Plot hole: It is apparent that Shrek and Donkey have never traveled to the land of Far Far Away, yet Donkey immediately recognizes the "old Keeblers' place" when he should have no idea where it is or what it looks like.
Suggested correction: Donkey only thinks it's the "old Keebler's place." Puss in Boots then corrects him and says it's the Fairy Godmother's cottage.

The Wizard of Oz (1939)
Audio problem: When Dorothy and the Scarecrow find the apple trees she says, "Oh, look, apples." The overdub is wrong, if you look closely at her mouth when she turns around toward the camera, she's actually not saying anything. (00:39:20)
Suggested correction: Her mouth does move, and she actually says, "Oh, apples! Oh, look!"

The Wizard of Oz (1939)
Audio problem: Inside the Emerald City Dorothy says "Can you even dye my eyes to match my gown?" Both the girl on the left and right reply but you only hear one voice speak. (01:01:35)
Suggested correction: Only the lady on the right replies.

Coach Wittenberg / Four-Eyed Jack - S2-E16
Continuity mistake: Coach Wittenburg's anchor tattoo changes color from red to purple in between shots.
Suggested correction: No, his tattoo is always red.

How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000)
Visible crew/equipment: When the two boys are in front of the Grinch's front door, a big monster comes out of the front door, scaring them. The boys then jump off the side of the rocks, and a cable attached to them is perfectly visible.
Suggested correction: I've watched this scene over and over, and there is no cable visible as they jump.

The Wizard of Oz (1939)
Audio problem: As they all stand at the door to Oz, Dorothy reaches for the knocker and we hear the overdubbed knocking sound before she touches it. (00:58:45)
Suggested correction: The sound we hear before she starts knocking is of her grabbing the knocker, and it is right on time with when she grabs it. There is no audio mistake.

The Wizard of Oz (1939)
Revealing mistake: As the Wicked Witch throws the hour glass down at them the stone statue on the left of the monkey is shaking. (01:24:45)
Suggested correction: It's the monkey that is shaking, not the statue.

The Wizard of Oz (1939)
Other mistake: When Dorothy's house is falling back to Kansas, just before it lands, there is about a 1 or 2 second shot of what looks like production notes written in blue ink.
Suggested correction: There are no production notes visible anywhere.

SpongeBob SquarePants (1999)
Procrastination / I'm With Stupid - S2-E19
Continuity mistake: In "Procrastination" when Spongebob is moving back and forth on his chair while writing his essay there is no pencil on the desk, but when he goes back to work on the essay there is.
Suggested correction: The pencil is sitting to the right of the paper the entire time. It's hard to notice at first, but it's there.

Hey Arnold! (1996)
Magic Show / 24 Hours to Live - S1-E18
Audio problem: Helga rides past Arnold in a bus and yells "24 hours until you die!" or something like that. Her mouth never moves- it just stays open in an evil smile.
Suggested correction: Although it's hard to make out, her mouth is moving when she says that. Also, she says "23 hours until you die!" not 24.

Hey Arnold! (1996)
Arnold's Thanksgiving - S3-E14
Continuity mistake: When Joey is shown in close-up, his missing tooth looks like it's there but it's covered with something black and his missing tooth keeps reappearing and disappearing in the last scenes.
Suggested correction: Joey never appears in this episode.
26th Dec 2003
The Wizard of Oz (1939)
Plot hole: When the Gales' house lands in Munchkinland, Dorothy picks up Toto and glances around the house. She looks right out the window. Wouldn't she have noticed that she wasn't in Kansas then, before she got to the door? (00:19:05)

Lilo & Stitch (2002)
Continuity mistake: When Nani is trying to get through the dogflap, Mr. Bubbles pulls her out. In a closer view of Nani when she gets pulled out, Lilo's blue sandals sit by the door. In the following wideshot they've gone. (00:15:45)
Suggested correction: They are still there, just at the very edge of the screen. They are mostly out of the frame, but one sandal is partially visible.

Hey Arnold! (1996)
The Aptitude Test / Oskar Gets a Job - S3-E9
Revealing mistake: The test paper Eugene put back in Harold's folder is blank.
Suggested correction: The paper is not blank. Helga used a purple pen to fill in her paper, and Eugene put it in Harold's folder. The paper is filled with purple ink.

SpongeBob SquarePants (1999)
SpongeBob Meets the Strangler / Pranks a Lot - S3-E20
Revealing mistake: In "Spongebob Meets The Strangler" when that fish holds up Spongebob's dry cleaning at the supermarket, it looks like he is holding it up with a coathanger because his hand is up in the air, but you can easily see nothing is holding it up. It's just floating up in the air.
Suggested correction: The clothes are being held up by a coat hanger. It may be hard to see due to it blending in with the wall color, but if you look closely, it's there.
