Plot hole: Aladdin breaks the lamp and that causes the castle to vanish in thin air. The many guards, servants and objects who were not part of the original enchantment but simply transported by the Vizier's wish are somehow also gone, and the genie still has his powers, despite saying that without it "I would be my own man" and that the power was in the lamp.

Plot hole: Aladdin and Zamir plan how to infiltrate the castle. There's a window that "seems particularly inviting" in their words. "A man standing on another man's shoulders should be able to make it without effort", Zamir says. So we see Aladdin land inside. And then, Zamir. Whose shoulders did Zamir climb to make the jump? It was just the two of them. (00:59:40)

Daphne & Velma (2018)

Plot hole: The introductory clip with the girl later in the movie identified as Olivia has the date January 08 2018. When Daphne looks into the file she uploaded with the alien pen drive, it is dated February 04 2019. Those two events can't happen in different years. (00:19:20)

The Adventure of the Cheap Flat - S2-E7

Plot hole: The professional hitman from the US does not have a gun of his own, and does not bother in the long time elapsed between the apartment's hit and the nightclub (it could even be hours) to check if the gun he just grabbed is loaded or not. Who in the world would not take a split second of his time to peek at the cylinder and see how many bullets does he have? An assassin planning to kill with that gun, even.

Ranma ½ (1989)

Gakkou wa senjouda! Taiketsu Ryouma vs Ryouga - S1-E8

Plot hole: In his flashback, Ryoga emerges from the sea and faints on the beach of Okinawa. That's quite the big oversight in plot, since Ryoga, as revealed in the following episode, has a curse similar to Ranma's and he would have emerged from the sea in his animal form and not as 'himself'. The Disappearance of Mr. Davenheim - S2-E5

Plot hole: The killer has a perfect (in movie logic at least) plan but he amplifies its risks to 1000000% getting caught on purpose with an incriminating item that links him to his secret identity and that is amazingly likely to have him questioned and face the wife of the deceased (who recognizes him in 0.5 seconds) and other witnesses. Even without Poirot it is impossible to imagine a trial happening without him having to appear in some capacity. And in this TV dramatization, the motive of Lowen to hate Davenheim is obvious, but not the other way around, so it appears even more baffling that he'd utterly ruin his perfect escape just to mess with a rival apparently he had a upper hand on. Moreover, the dramatization makes his plan even more absurd, as instead of pawning the valuable ring like in the original and being only marginally involved, here he has it days after the murder, and robs the Inspector chief! Any bobby would do. Finally, here he also wears prosthetics, again drawing attention.

The Disappearance of Mr. Davenheim - S2-E5

Plot hole: The safe is behind a painting that acts like a real door. When Mrs Davenheim spots it, it's wide open. But Japp questioned her in the same room and the painting was in place back then. It really makes no sense that with a story depicted as being so big (it makes the first page of the national newspapers) and with an investigation in place, nobody in a week has checked the safe at all. Hone made aishite? Akane koi o fukuzatsu kossetsu - S1-E5

Plot hole: Dr. Tofu is able to tell that Ranma was hit by a softball (he says something about the marks like he actually sees them), but Ranma's wound is still covered by the bandage, that he'll remove in the next episode. This is linked to a larger mistake in the following episode. (00:19:55)

Plot hole: Telling the story of Piccolo's defeat 2,000 years before, Roshi says that the seven mystics "sacrificed their lives to cast the Mafuba." Roshi though is on his own and casts it just fine, with no explanation. Not even 7 monks prepare the container, since there are just 5 in the room.

Escape Plan (2013)

Plot hole: In this top level state-of-the-art security prison with transparent walls, cameras everywhere and no civil rights concerns since it's all illegal, there's not a single hidden microphone in the communal parts. Even worse, the wardens never search the inmates, who can smuggle freely all sort of stuff, sometimes in the most blatant way (like when the protagonist gets stitches for his leg).

Escape Plan (2013)

Plot hole: In the Bendwater escape, the security cameras show the time outside the prison as 15:59, but a few cuts later, there's a shot of Stallone in his cell with the timecode being 15:56. That's not a continuity mistake, since it turns out that Breslin rolled back the security monitor, the problem is, he is shown doing that at 15:57, and barely rolling the tape past the point when he stands up. By the time the guards are looking at the monitor after 16:01, the tape showing him nice and quiet 3 minutes before would have already rolled to the incriminating part where he breaks out of the cell. Criminal (2016)

Plot hole: Jerico locates the doctor using the "phone tracking software by the CIA" from a public library computer. There's enough of Pope's proficiency with computers in him to block from remote any attempt from the CIA headquarters to look into what he's doing precisely (does not sound like it's a standard function to have, obscure agent activity from their own HQ!), but not enough to delete the history from the computer when he's done. Not just that, but through that search done at the library presumably several minutes earlier (the CIA agents have to physically go to the public library and search the computer terminal) he is able to locate the doctor, who is walking down a street. Finally; why would the doctor they flew in overnight from the US have a UK mobile number as shown on screen?

Criminal (2016)

Plot hole: Jerico leaves Jill's house to go to the university, driving her car. While he's away, Elsa pays her a visit and extorts the location. When we see Jerico at the university, he enters the book cellar, finds the famous duffel bag almost immediately, and as he exits, outside there's Heimdahl sitting there, having set him a trap. That would already been hard to swallow, but we could assume his location was significantly closer than Jerico's to the university library and Elsa phoned him. But becomes downright impossible when we see that to pull the lever of the Home Alone-ish trap there's none other than Elsa, miraculously arrived at his destination despite him having a huge headstart.

Criminal (2016)

Plot hole: The CIA is desperately trying to find Pope's contact, to the point of doing the crazy experimental brain surgery shipping over the ocean the one scientist that may perform it, and an inmate. But they don't have Pope's house under surveillance or his phone tapped, so they have no idea Strook called him. The fact that Strook not hearing back from Pope would try to contact him was quite literally the most obvious possible event. (00:31:00)

Stuber (2019)

Plot hole: The 'real' villain needs Vic to investigate the drop and be there, so he'd be killed in an incriminating spot. Problem is, the boss also throws in a deadly ambush by a whole gang early in the day; if they killed Vic, Vic would have not been where the boss needed him to be. Even more absurd is the fact that the boss is also aware in advance that Vic is having Lasik that day, making it the worst day ever to pick for such a scheme. There was basically no chance Vic could pull off the investigation in that state, and even in the unlikely (it does happen in the movie!) case that he'd manage to show up blind as a bat at the drug deal and get killed as intended, nobody investigating would ever believe that someone with a major drug deal on his hands would have gone through eye surgery the same day.

Captain Marvel (2019)

Plot hole: Throughout the movie, the Skrulls need Vers for her memories. But the first action they take is sniping at her from a rooftop, then the agents of SHIELD go into the mission saying explicitly they have a "Dead or alive" order, and Talos himself shoots at them with a gun.

Captain Marvel (2019)

Plot hole: When Vers arrives at the bar, Nick Fury is already there. She went straight to the bar after stealing the bike, while Fury needed still to learn about the theft, link it to the case, with investigations taking place to maybe (only possibility that would not depend on the vehicle being reported) figure out that Pancho's was the destination from examining the search history of the browser. Fury went there by car. His boss also explicitly says to work on the case alone. Amazing he could be there with such timing.

Suggested correction: Vers probably got lost and had to wander around to find the place.

I can't realistically say it's impossible (it is not shown, after all), but nothing in the movie implies it, and it's the exact opposite. She is shown, driving, fast, on the Sierra Highway, which is where the bar is. Not stopping to ask for directions or at crossroads (something it takes 1 second of movie to show). In perfect Star Trek tradition she can speak the language, she reads the maps just fine, in fact she already looked the place up on the map, that was next to her and she already knew how to use without help, before taking off on her fast bike not hindered by traffic. And again, the head start she has is huge since Fury can begin investigating only once he hears about the stolen bike. Fury is at his HQ and a long time seems to have passed, since he is patched up and a whole autopsy has been done. Vers started searching right away.

Captain Marvel (2019)

Plot hole: Talos under the guise of Director Keller orders his men to stay where they are as he wants to interrogate the suspect alone. Fury exits the elevator before him and we see Keller realise only when he is already at the inferior level in some boiler room that he has been tricked. Despite the headstart of 5 floors, mysteriously the agents of SHIELD (headed by Keller) are already swarming the archive when Fury calls Vers by name.
