Continuity mistake: During the Cyrax vs Jax fight, at one point Jax gets knocked to the floor and says "Yo, I take it this ain't something we can talk about?" If you watch, when the camera cuts from a wideshot of him landing to the closeup of him on the floor saying his line, he's suddenly in a completely different spot on the floor and the debris behind him is totally different.

Continuity mistake: When Rooker has his gun pointed at Westlake during the climax, watch closely. Throughout the scene, he's holding his gun sideways in a side grip. Right after he says the line "I don't think you'll be needing that anymore, doc!", he rotates the gun upright into a normal grip. However, in the very next shot, he's once again holding his gun in a sideways in a side grip. (These shots are back-to-back, so there's no way he was able to rotate it again between cuts).

Cult of Chucky (2017)

Continuity mistake: When Andy is grappling with the "buzz-cut" Chucky and trying to rip his clothes off, at one point the camera cuts from a medium shot to a closeup as he rips Chucky's overalls down. In the medium shot, Chucky's left arm is reaching for Andy's wrist, but isn't holding it. But in the closeup, suddenly Chucky is grasping Andy's wrist.

Cult of Chucky (2017)

Continuity mistake: When Carlos is killed by the three Chuckies with different weapons simultaneously, the editing gives away that three different prosthetic chest-pieces were used to accomplish the effect - one for each weapon. The blood and wounds on his chest and stomach are inconsistent from shot to shot as we see the different weapons slashing and stabbing him. His body also wriggles about a bit differently from shot to shot.

Continuity mistake: During the Liu Kang vs Baraka fight, at one point, two more Barakas swing down on chains. Liu kicks them off the chains, and they simply disappear for the rest of the scene. They didn't fall into the firepits, as you can hear them hit the ground, nor would the fall have killed them, as they aren't high off the ground. They simply... disappear.

Mortal Kombat (1995)

Continuity mistake: When Lui and the others are walking up to Raiden during the ending, we see a cute shot of Johnny putting his arm around Sonya. The movie then cuts to a wideshot, and he puts his arm around her a second time.

Mortal Kombat (1995)

Continuity mistake: During the ending, watch Liu and Kitana closely as Raiden says the line "I've been looking for you! What took you so long?" Kitana has her arm around Liu's, but lets go and stands a few feet away from him. The camera then cuts to a medium-shot of Liu and Raiden talking. (Kitana is not visible in this shot, as she is standing several feet away.) Then, the camera cuts again to a wider shot, and suddenly Kitana is standing literally right next to Liu and has her arm around his once again.

Continuity mistake: There are some minor inconsistencies between the original game and this prequel regarding Chloe's time at Blackwell Academy. In the original game, Chloe's dialog during episode three suggests she's never been in principal Wells' office, but in this prequel, Chloe is seen visiting the office. Additionally, this game, which is set in 2010, shows Chloe being expelled. But documentation in the original game indicated she was expelled in 2011.

Life is Strange

Continuity mistake: At one point, Max mentions that she and Chloe made a mix-tape CD when they were both twelve. However, Max's journal in the game notes that Chloe is a year older than her, making Max's statement about them both being 12 when they made the mix-tape impossible.

Continuity mistake: Max takes a photo of herself at the start of episode one. When she uses this photo to time-travel in episode five, if you pay attention, it's slightly different than the original photo.

SuperFly (2018)

Continuity mistake: When Priest and Georgina throw the molotov cocktails at Juju from the balcony, watch closely - right as Priest throws the second molotov cocktail and the camera cuts from a bird's eye to a ground-level angle, the position of the two men and the carpet they're standing on changes between cuts.

It (2017)

Continuity mistake: At the quarry, there is an amusing scene where the boys all ogle Beverly. When she turns to look at them, they all pretend like they weren't staring at her. Pay attention to Richie during the next four shots. Richie looks to his right twice between the first two shots, and his legs go from crossed to uncrossed between the third and fourth shots.

The Dark Knight (2008)

The Dark Knight mistake picture

Continuity mistake: During the big chase, at one point Batman, riding the Bat Pod, shoots out a glass doorway and proceeds to drive through an underground area loaded with storefronts. However, if you look, the editing makes no sense. He rounds a corner and shoots out the glass doors and is about 5 feet away from crashing through, then it cuts and he's in a completely different area with completely different lighting going up a ramp, then the camera cuts again and he bursts through the doors seen two cuts prior. The rest of the scene is edited normally, so it makes no sense why this moment has the Bat Pod teleporting to a completely different location for one short shot. A prior correction stated he was going up a wheelchair ramp, but this is complete hogwash - the ramp he's going up is in a different location nowhere near the doorway, and he's at least 50 feet from any structures, whereas moments prior he was only about 5 feet from the doorway.

Continuity mistake: The scene in which Sonja is executed in front of Lucian is incredibly different from when the same scene was portrayed in the original movie as a flashback. Obviously they had to reshoot it to account for the new actress portraying Sonja, but not only is the basic setting visibly different, but important details of the scenes have been altered as well. Ex. In the flashback scene in "Underworld", there's a giant crowd of slaves in a cage behind Lucian, and Sonja screams and slowly burns up. In this film, the crowd of slaves is not there, and Sonja instantly burns up without screaming - in fact, she's rather calm and trying to calm down Lucian. You can't argue that Lucian's memory of the events have changed over time, as the "Underworld" movies have made it clear that immortals have impeccable and essentially perfect memory (more-or-less genetic memory) that can even be absorbed if their blood is consumed by vampires.

TedStixon

Continuity mistake: This film portrays vampires burning up instantly upon being touched by sunlight. Prior films showed the process as being less instantaneous, and potentially even survivable as long as they get out of the sunlight quickly enough.

The Good Parts - S3-E12

Continuity mistake: In the beginning of the episode, watch closely when Tara lifts Bryce out of the water and pulls the shroud from his face while water-boarding him. Bryce goes from soaking wet, with water dripping off him when he was first lifted out, to more-or-less dry with no dripping water a mere instance later after the camera cuts a few times. There was nowhere near enough time for him to dry-off between cuts. (It's literally a second or two at most.) True, this scene takes place in Tara's mind and thus some real-world rules might not apply, but the water behaves like normal water in the rest of the scene, so Bryce should still be soaked and dripping.

Transition - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: Right after Charmaine opens her top to reveal her botched boob job, when Max goes up to see Tara giggling in the bedroom and sits besides her, Tara goes from facing forward to facing Max between cuts. She's also closer to Max in the second shot.

You Becoming You - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: In season one, Tara's neighbor Don's backyard was shown in the episode "Transition" - it had a patio and in-ground pool. This episode show's Don's backyard again when Tara and Max have sex, and it's completely different, indicating the scenes were filmed in different locations. Most noticeable is the fact that the in-ground-pool and patio are missing and the fences are different, with plants having grown all over them. While some time has passed since it was last seen, dialog in this season indicates that Don hasn't made any changes to the house or property in years, plus the fact that removing a pool and patio are relatively long and laborious processes, so the backyard should not look as fully developed as it does even if he did somehow remove them and replace the fence in the meantime.

Blade: Trinity (2004)

Continuity mistake: The Daystar Arrow changes size between shots after Blade stabs Drake with it. When it is first fired by Abbigail, it looks to be about the size of a standard arrow (it looks at least 24" long if not longer), but when Blade later picks it up and stabs him with it, it suddenly shrinks in size quite a bit. In a few shots, including the tip, it looks less than a foot long. Only the tip is buried into Drake's chest as shown in the film, so that can't be an explanation. Also nothing in the movie indicates it might have snapped or broken. (Drake caught it and dropped it right before being stabbed with it, which shouldn't have broken it). It literally just suddenly is about half the size it was.

Saw 3D (2010)

Saw 3D mistake picture

Continuity mistake: As Evan is tearing himself away from the car seat, you can see his back muscles are a fleshy-color and only have a little bit of blood on them. When he crashes at the end of the scene, his back muscles are suddenly dark-red and saturated with blood, despite looking totally different just seconds before. (00:20:25)
