Continuity mistake: When Cameron is about to say "You like it rough" to Buffy near the start, you can tell he's starting to reach for her. It then cuts to the opposite angle and he starts to reach for her a second time.

Continuity mistake: When Buffy is talking to Cameron in his car near the start, the amount of light on Cameron's face coming through the windshield changes between cuts a few times. Sometimes the top is up over his eyes, sometimes it's down by his nose, etc. Also, depending on the angle, sometimes there's a purple glow on his face and sometimes not.

Continuity mistake: When Buffy and the guy are talking at the beach in the beginning, right before they hear a voice scream "Somebody help me!", the guy starts to turn to look at the tide. However, in the next shot, he's instantly facing Buffy again and then turns to face the tide a second time.

Continuity mistake: Henry writes down the web address "theperdersonproject.net" on a napkin for John. In the next scene, when John checks the napkin, the writing is slightly different. It almost matches, but a few of the letters are ever-so-slightly bigger or smaller, and the spacing is subtly different.

At one point, they notice what's going on and get up and start walking towards the car. But then they're suddenly back to sitting a few shots later and "notice" it a second time.

Continuity mistake: SPOILERS: In the post-credits scene, after Henry's trap starts, in the second-to-last shot, you see him sort of start to shake and rear his head back. But then in the next shot, he's no longer shaking. Additionally, his head is down again and he rears it back a second time.

Continuity mistake: When Koopa is chewing out Iggy and Spike for forgetting about the rock, the amount of wax on his hands changes multiple times between cuts. For instance, the wax covering his left hand disappears in one wide shot, but is present in every other shot. Additionally, the amount of wax on his right hand changes in amount several times.

Continuity mistake: When Koopa is explaining the devo chamber to Mario and Luigi, we see a monitor showing an x-ray of Toad's de-evolution. When the camera cuts from the wide shot to the closeup, the monitor has suddenly gone back in the animation and replays the same segment again.
